The little shop on the campsite is only open for a few hours in the morning and one day closed early with no notice so we missed the opportunity to buy laundry tablets for the washing machine.

Very helpful staff, fantastic location, brilliant for families. The tent easily slept 4 and had a large fridge freezer and all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans necessary 😁

Lots of building work being done on-site- we had no notice of this. Grounds were not suitable for us to enjoy at all. Pool was shut (may be my mistake to have missed this information). Lots of spiders and dead bugs in cabin, and large ants around door/balcony. Would've appreciated a door mat as impossible to keep entrance clean given you are walking in from dirt paths. Cabin very small - I believe size includes extensive deck which seems misleading. You need to bring all supplies including soap, dish liquid, wash cloth which luckily we had as far from a store to buy them. Marked as tea / coffee facilities but no kettle - we had to boil water in a pot. We didn't use bar/pizza/shop as staff not around whenever we came looking and hard to understand what was available. It would be fantastic for camping / caravanning when it is complete and grounds tidied up. The location is fantastic and campground looks like it will be amazing when completed/landscaped. But I think we would have stayed elsewhere if we knew the state it was in. More information needed re what is supplied too - it is very very basic, which is fine but not if not expected.

Great potential in a very pretty location. We loved exploring the area, and this was a cheap option for accommodation

The actual booking was a bit confusing, probably due to the English translation. Hard to be sure if we were booking a tent pitch (which is what we were after) or an actual room with beds. (However, we got what we searched for so we're happy). Also I would have hoped to be able to walk more easily in the area, especially to the nearby village of Isolabona. Turned out the narrow road leading there made this quite a risky venture, so driving was more or less necessary whenever leaving the camp site.

For a start, the medieval town of Dolce Acqua is astonishing. Next, traveling with two daughters, 11 and 13, we couldn't praise the camp's group of play leaders enough for their tireless work at the camp site. Super engaged and receptive they made sure the kids had a great time, in turn making it that much easier for them to make great friends from a bunch of different countries. The restaurant next to the pool, a very charming musical entertainer and friendly atmosphere were among the things that made our stay within these scenic surroundings a delight.

We were too early for the pizza and pool season, so we missed out on that part. We could have done with some towels.

The place was incredible. Staff very nice and friendly. The Glamping place so clean and had everything in it. Super enjoyable.

The accomodation was advertised with WIFI but it was only in common area, not our suite. We were told no one could enter the parking directly next to our suite after 9:00 PM, but at 2:00 AM there was indeed a loud family arriving and unpacking their vehicle. The staff pretty much ignored us when we tried to check in. They took a $100 deposit on our credit card which they said they would release on the day we checked out. I had cleaned up the unit myself and disposed of the garbage so I am 100% sure there was no issue. We are now 30 days in with them still having our funds on hold. When we email them about it they are very rude and basically said "We are not trying to steal your money, it just takes time". Maybe in 1984 but in 2024 it does not take 30+ days to release funds on a credit card. Now it is just about the principle. I am a hotel owner and NEVER leave a bad review (if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all) but I am shocked that they just do not seem to care. Perhaps they don't like non-europeans or one-nighters, but then they should not accept such guests through booking as their are ways to filter that. It was a terrible experience.

We stayed for 1 night to break up a road trip. We are accustomed to European Campings and know it is not really ideal for a one night stay, but we though our daughter would enjoy it. The place was cute and the other guests seemed to be enjoying themselves.

there’s a bed bug in our bed. we had a bites all over our body. me and my daughter which is only 2 years old suffered so much because of the bites.

A few basic items missing from the kitchen - including washing up liquid and a cloth - and the check-out process was slow.

Beautiful location in quiet Italian countryside. Kids loved the pool! Rooms were comfortable and the outdoor terrace a good place to sit in the evenings.

We didn’t like that to enter to one tent you had to pass next to two tents, 0 privacy and bothering them. We didn’t like that we ordered 5 croissants and it took 50 minutes until we gave up. We didn’t like that you couldn’t sleep because the tents were next to a village of frogs.

Total scam, when you book they show that you have booked beds but after paying they contact you to inform that you need to pay extra(in our case 96e) if you don't have caravan and need beds and refuse to cancell the booking.

-the tent suite very noisy, one can hear the neighbours footsteps that on the tarasse, as it works as amplifier the price per stays includes 80 e cleaning fees, but the stuff ask you to take the rubbish out, the rules are communicated at the exit, the staff shows the regulations saying it has to be hanged, so you are not informed, but need to comply. 2 times reported broken hammack, no action

The campsite was not ready. Still heavy construction and building materials everywhere. The Safari tents were too close together. Very noisy. There were 150 football players stay the same weekend we were there and we could not sleep. Very disappointing.

Cabin was in good condition as it was brand new. Location was great.

It’s the WORST place we ever stayed in! The staff was so rude and unprofessional We stayed for 3 days and the electricity was on/off the WHOLE stay! During a heatwave of 37 degrees, same for the running water (the weren’t working) no Wifi. When we tried to ask the hotel manager about the electricity her response was “its your problem “ that’s after she said she doesn’t speak English (which of course she is) Stay AWAY from this place
