Bungalow needed a few repairs/tidying up. Eg dirty grouting in shower, tiles laying about outside bungalow and cracks needed repainting internally.

Bungalow was close to the entrance, swimming pools and reception. Beautiful beach with amazing view. Lots of activities and events. On the last day of our stay was amazing fireworks.

Supermarket on site is expensive, but you pay for convenience.

Great location, loads of things to do for any age . Bus stop outside is great for Gardaland. Main train station is great for Verona.

Room is old and outdated. It wasn't clean. The shower is very small and uncomfortable, water flow was inconsistent and one time fully stopped for 30m. No wifi in the room, only in specific areas in the resort. furniture doesn't match the room (i.e closet that is blocking part of the door, etc...)

Atmosphere at night was very nice around the restaurants, shows in the pool were nice, location in Peschiera is great for Gardaland and Movieland, staff was helpful, Bungalow had air-conditioner in every room (though we had to ask for remote for the bedrooms).

It is enormous, full of cars so it is not the camping where you can leave the kids free to play around alone. BUT it is better than stay in a hotel if you want to explore the area.

If you want a chip place to stay for explore the area, this is a great place for you. If you want a camping to stay there, let the kids free and just relax...I don't recommend it...and I will explain why. The place is enormous. There are cars everywhere and a huge amount of people. I would never leave the kids alone to walk around. I also didn't like that there are playgrounds inside that you have to pay. The place is like a big city. Better than stay in a hotel as you can explore the area and return the night there and walk around but it is not the place to leave free the children. The kids loved it so for sure it is better than a hotel. In any case it was very clean with great facilities and nice pool.

Cutlery, dishes and bedding were quite dirty. There were black hairs on the bed linen. I have to go to the reception ask for new one. One bed was not even ready when we arrive. The walls of the bungallows are very thin, you can easily hear neighbours talking

Location is great, a lot of pools with slides, child area, etc. Pools are not suitable for swimming.

Mattress sagged, air conditioning wasn't free despite booking.com listing saying it was and accommodation was very close to a bouncy castle which was on until 10pm

Not enough parking loots. It was too crowded and we had to wait at least 40 minutes both on the check in and out. Wifi is poor. And beds are not so comfortable.

The staff was polite. There is everything in the camp: pools, shops, ice cream...

Our bungalow was adequate but small, if the weather was unpleasant, it would have been difficult with the younger children confined, fortunately we only had one morning of early rain. As we have found throughout Europe the pillows are too soft!

Marvelous facilities for families and the onsite shops, supermarket and restaurants were perfect, very good service and value. Ten-minute walk to the town and ferry with several good dining options close by, bus stop outside main gate. Resort staff very helpful and willing to accommodate your wishes, security was great, without the supplied wrist band you didn't get into the park. We recommend the value, service and quality of the main restaurant.

The double bed had two mattress, and they were sliding all the time. Was a bit uncomfortable.

It's our third time staying at Bella Italia. Love the location. Had booked for 6 of us, but only 3 of us stayed. It was enough space in the rooms for 3. Everything was working. Loved the shower in the apartment. Staff was very helpful every time we were needed. Kids' bunk beds were very comfortable.

The que in reception took ages, no one was rushing. We arrived at 8pm, and waited an hour just to get to the desk to find out that there was no accommodation left for us (we had booked it in advance via Booking,com). Thankfully, the reception staff was very kind and did they best to find another accommodation for us which was on higher grade and more expensive, but it was offered within the same price as we booked initially.

Great camp site for families, has caffes, restaurants and shops, a selection of swimming pools. The site located right on the lake Garda with a nice walk to Peschiera del Garda.

At first, I sent three messages with questions via booking.com, and nobody replied to them, so I thought that it was a little bit unprofessional, but when we came there the staff was so polite, kind and very professional, that I neglected the fact that I didn't get the answers to my questions. The second thing that was little annoying is the fact that the internet connection is very bad, and could be used properly only around the reception.

Camping Bella Italia is perfectly located, just half an hour away from Verona, and 15 min from Gardaland and Caneva Movieland. There is a beautiful strand by the lake, and it takes just 20 min of walk to get to the center of Peschiera del Garda. The resort itself is beautiful, it has everything one may need for a comfortable vacation: cafe, restaurant, shops, grocery market, pharmacy... There is live music every night, which we found particularly nice. The staff at the reception were very kind, and helpful, and also security were very helpful too. The accommodation was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The TV was broken though, but we didn't spend too much time inside the house, so we didn't need it anyway.

Some of the packaged blankets had a certain stale smell to them (two out out of four). The doors couldn't be closed properly unless slammed (inconvenience for late hours).

The location of our apartment was ideal for a quick walk to the lake. We were situated near the "square" that had live music some nights, stores and resturants (including to go place) which made it feel like being in a small city. The room had all the needed utensils for a long term stay (pans, pots, glasses, etc.).

The weather could of been better we had a few issues with one of the rooms but sorted quickly. Lack of indoor places wasn’t great for our last day as raining and have to be out the van at 10am and our flight was not until 11.30pm
