Getting up the stairs with luggage was challenging but we we're informed in advance of the lack of elevator.

The aircon wasn’t the strongest so it was a bit hot in the room, but I did visit in mid August. The fridge does not really succeed at making things cold. The room is a little small but honestly for the price you can’t really complain.

Location is EXCELLENT. Could not ask to be more central, literally 4 mins from El Duomo, 10 mins from the station. The staff are so kind and cheerful, they really made the stay. The shower was good, toiletries good, bed comfy.

Walk up to second floor check in. There is no lift. The stairwell to the hotel was dark

Single room had double bed. Bathroom was new and remodeled. Good AC and wifi. Excellent location to Duomo. You are central to a lot of tourist interests. Excellent breakfast with a wonderful coffee machine. I really enjoyed the coffee and range of breakfast offering

It is 2 floors up, without a lift. The 2 floors are very big floors. It's not a deal breaker but was tough after 20k+ steps in 38 degree heat. We had a lot of spam through Booking.com. the hotel were patient dealimg with this. As long as you can deal with the spam and some stairs I think this is a wonderful option.

Beautiful quaint little hotel with a firm mattress and really lovely bathroom. Very close to everything. Our favourite gelato and our favourite meal, a Florensian steak, were both on the same street. The breakfasts were a great start to each day.

I can only praise, everyone was very helpful. The triple room was absolutely sufficient, clean, air-conditioned with a view of the street. The breakfast was very good, the lady constantly replenished what was needed. If you are in Florence, then here, everything is within walking distance, groceries, ice cream, sights, tram stop.

Very nice staff who welcomed us and had also given us a notice in advance about the stairs up to the hotel. The breakfast consisted of a small variety, but covered our needs with cappuccino, yogurt and bread, so we were satisfied. We were also offered to leave our bags after check-out which made our day easier.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Loved our stay there, the room had everything we needed. Comfy bed, extra pillows, fantastic air conditioner, big bathroom. Two mirrors. The attention, especially Jessica, is fantastic, and the owner is also very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it 100%. Its location is perfect, every tourist attraction is really near by walking. Loved it. Would come back.

The steps.

The property was very quaint. We loved it. The steps could be an issue for people with disabilities. We were very close to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to be close to everything.

Amazing location for exploring the city, very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a 24 hour reception. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked really well to keep the room cool despite the heat outside. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Hallways were pretty warm but not a big deal! They warn you ahead of time, but the stairs are definitely a little tough with luggage. The shower had some issues staying on the rain shower mode, but the handheld sprayer worked great. I’m sure they didn’t realize and can now fix it in room 15. Water bottles cost money which was unfortunate since apparently Florence sink water isn’t drinkable. But maybe I was misinformed about Florence water. Lovely hotel!

So cozy and cute! Amazing location and spacious bathroom. We loved staying here and going to La Menagere in the morning. Clean and quiet.

Carrying the suitcases up the stairs, but we had been warned many times beforehand so no problem.

Great location with many good restaurants nearby. Reception and breakfast staff were really helpful. Good breakfast and comfortable room.
