The hosts were very kind and willing to help at any moment. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The location was also optimal. In the middle of the Palermo center but one street away from loud nights. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was comfortable and very clean. The view from our small balcony at the roofs of Palermo was very romantic. The location is great, in the oldest part of Palermo. There was a common area and a kitchen with some nice snacks. We liked our stay a lot.

This B&B was a wonderful find – everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. The location is super central, making it easy to explore the city. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. Overall, a perfect stay – highly recommended!

Quiet area at night. Location was great between two major roads. Easy to get to the bus and train station. The owner’s were very kind and caring. They were the best!! I can't thank them enough for their kindness. They met me off the bus and took my luggage and they took me back to the bus with my luggage to be sure I was off okay. They took the time to show me a map so I could get comfortable with the area. They were always available if I needed anything. Small convenience store on the same street was quite handy. A very warm and wonderful stay and one I won't forget This family were truly the greatest hosts. Highly recommend to stay here.

Fantastic, sparkingly clean, accommodation in the heart of Palermo. Central to Teateo Massimo, Quattro Canti and Via Maqueda. Surrounded by great restaurants, this family run B & B is elegant and clean, and the lovely hosts have supplied just about everything one could hope for. The rooms are spacious, modern, and decorated beautifully. There is an elevator which is very helpful since the b and b is on the 5th floor. We only had one night in Palermo, but plan to make this B&B our home base on future visits to the area.

I had such a great stay here! The room was very clean, comfortable and perfectly situated for a stay in Palermo. The hosts were also kind, friendly and accommodating. Additionally, this property is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the “Prestia e Comandè” airport shuttle, which made getting to and from Palermo airport so easy and economical. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you want to be in historic center. Everywhere is close to historical monumets. Rooms are very clean. Some of them have amazing view for old town roofs(we are on 5th floor). Hosts are amazing peoples,its family. Very helpful with great contact. Building is solid,much more modern 40’ I think. Around a lot of places to eat,drink and some small shops around. I recommend!

Everything good! One tiny point I liked less is the "cold" light in the room, no cosy "warm" light :)

Location is perfect, in a silent street (slept with window open) and still so close to busy via Roma (public bus to beach or to train station, airport bus) and busy via Maqueda (restaurants). Visited all of Palermo by foot. I felt safe. Every room is on 5th floor with a beautiful view on the roofs of Palermo! My double room had a tiny balcony with 2 little chairs and a view on a church to sip my coffee in the morning. There is no breakfast but you can use the kitchen. Fridge in every room. Bottles of juice and water included. Staff very friendly. Received a map and advice. Towels and shower very good. Elevator is "vintage" but works well. Highly recommend!

From the minute I confirmed my reservation, I received a welcoming email from my hosts Salvatore and his lovely wife. When I arrived at the property, they were there to greet me with a warm and spirited introduction and tour of my beautiful room and terrace with a view of the red tiled rooftops of Palermo and the Sea. They also took time to orient me as to where the places I wanted to visit we located, relative to the property. Neither Salvatore nor his wife speak much English, but we had a fluent conversation and some good laughs using Google translate. The room and property was immaculate, quiet and the bed and mattress was incredibly comfortable. An expresso machine was a welcome addition! The property is also perfectly located in the center of Palermo. It was a short distance to walk in any direction to enjoy this enchanting city. Salvatore also went out of his way to help me get to the Palermo bus station. What a wonderful host! I highly highly recommend this beautiful property if you are intending to stay in Palermo.
