The shower was exceptionally small but it was clean.

Our host was very friendly and provided fresh water every day, good recommendations for our trip that expanded our experience and all in all was a gentle and very helpful man. We stayed 9 days. The room had extra height with a stair to extra beds - this took some of the heat from the lower part. The local cafe at the root of our building appeared to be a really good and particularly early coffee place... The best pizza we came across was "Il Menestrello"... outstanding.

Everything was very clean and I could tell it takes a lot of effort to fold everything, it almost looked like it was ironed too, that’s how neat and organized it was. It was also a very pretty location. The owner was great and I really do regret forgetting to pay him the local tax

I consider the hotel to be on the fringe of the main street, so it was loud on weekend nights with people drinking and talking loudly!

The room was rustic, has a classic Assisi window and view! There was a single bed and bathroom on the first level and it had a spiral stairs to the attic which had a double bed. I liked the wooden flooring and clean bathroom which always smelled good. The owner was kind and helpful to help me with the luggage up 3 storeys!

Great location and the owner was extremely nice. The room was small which was probably in the description and was fine for one person for one night. The only concern is the shower is very small. I am not large (<200lbs) but if you are on the larger size or enjoy comfortable showers make sure you get one of the larger rooms.

Great location. Clean and comfy room. No breakfast but near all the cafes and bakeries. The man who owns it makes sure you are OK. I got the bus from the town and it was really easy to find.

Perhaps , if they would have put in the room , a water boiler for tea it would have really pampered my stay.

Camere Carli is located in the heart of Assisi. Franco, the owner, is very welcoming. He waited for us and even guided us to the parking lot after we unloaded our luggage. The hotel is great—very clean and cozy. On the day we were leaving, Franco let us leave our luggage at the hotel while we enjoyed Assisi and even offered to take our luggage to the parking lot. I highly recommend having breakfast at the bar next door. The croissants and coffee are amazing!

The location is very near to all of the sights in Assisi. The host is a very kind gentleman who really goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable and all of your needs are met. He gave us good restaurant recommendations and made check in and check out so easy. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price is a very good value, especially compared to Florence and Rome. Don't forget to get the discount card for the overnight parking lot.

Nothing to really complain about.

Very pleasant host, helped us with parking and wanted to drive us to our car parked outside of the city. Overall a calm, clean, relatively basic place to stay. Convenient that the host has a store in the building downstairs.
