There were some things missing in the kitchen that we needed, electric kettle, dish towels, microwave, boards to cut vegetables, pot lids, pizza pan for the oven.

The bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable and the apartment had a good space in general. It is close to the train station and the service was good.

bed in kitchen need to be replaced, not comfortable , kind of damaged apartmen is very close to train station, and during night you can hear trains going like over your head , if you stay more than one day, you must consider this :)

There is a constant smell of construction. The door make so much noise when going in and out. The host is no so communicative, although he helped us to go in the room, was bit difficult to communicate.

Location is perfect to easily go to cinque terre.

No knife, no microwave, no matches to turn on the stove. The oven is not working either.

Close to the train station 400m. In front of the house there is a private parking 18 euro per day (24 hours), 1 euro per hour, 7 euros per night (20:00-09:00)

The bed was a bit sank in the middle, but just for a night it's ok

The location was amazing if you need to stay close to the station. Also, you have supermarkets nearby. The room was very quiet and you have a fridge and a kettle. The communication with the host was very easy and he even let us store our bags in the building.

The owner was exceptional! I booked the camera basically 10 minutes before checking in, and he was so available to give me all the information for an early check in! the location is very convenient, 5 minutes walking both from the station and piazza Garibaldi, where the strip of bars and restaurants starts.

Seems like hosts don’t read messages from Booking. We wanted to check in earlier for extra payment or at least leave our luggage in the room, but never heard back from them. Communication was really poor. Once arrived called them through WhatsApp, they provided us instructions on how to check in, sent link for online payment. No cash is needed anymore as it was stated in previous reviews.

Doesn’t look exactly same as in the pictures, but still was nice place to stay. Simple, nothing extra. Had additional single bed in the room. Bathroom was surprisingly nice, looked recently renovated, with strong shower pressure.

Noisy street and the house itself was very old with an AC that was making a lot of noise. Was poorly cleaned. Facility was very old in general. But the worst is that, while we closed the door we almost had a serious accident when a piece of the door which was wooden with nails on it, fell on my girlfriend’s arm (nearly grazed her head), and scratched her. Also the check in process was complex for today’s standards. And lastly, check out was at 10AM which was very early.

Very good location near central station. The owner was responsive and kind enough to let us check out a bit later (but do see negative comments below).

Was the worst stay I have stayed in Europe. Worst host. There was nothing as shown in the photos. Gave a wrong small room which was different from one which shown in the booking . The response from owner was very bad . Was nothing in the room No glass to drink water nothing hang clothes small congested room . A kettle which is not in work condition, Air conditioner not working properly.

No view even you cannot open the window as you will be straight at the street. The air conditioner has a loud voice so we had to put it off to be able to sleep in a hot weather. The kitchenette needs to be more clean. No coffee machine or boiler to make coffee eventhough they provide coffee sachet and tea.

The location is very convenient. The apartment is spacious.

Looking at the reviews, I was worried that I couldn't get in touch after making a reservation, but when I press andrea in front of the door, the door opens and when I call in front of the door, they tell me the 4 digit locker password and kindly help me check in over the phone. The room is really clean and there is really no reason for bad reviews. I do not know.
