Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

DenmarkExtremely charming building and room, with a sunny balcony to a quiet courtyard. We loved the authentic old school Italian interior with wooden furniture and a big mosaic tiled bathroom. The hosts were incredibly kind and sweet and breakfast served on a rolling tray with silverware and everything you could ask for. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back

The location was incredible, just a couple minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the river where you can find lots of options to eat and drink. The apartment was extremely well equipped and even had a cute little balcony overlooking the courtyard, this was a bonus to sit out in the afternoon sun and drink wine.

GermanyFantastic appartement in a very good Location in Navigli. About 15 minutes walk to the City Center. 5min with the tram. Infrastructure ist very good. Porta Genova Train and Metro Station ist only 2 minutes away by foot. In 5 minutes walk you reach the Navigli canal with all the bars and restaurants. The appartment is oriented to the courtyard and thus away from the busy street. We had no issue sleeping here, because It was quiet in the night. The appartment was very clean and looks lovely like in the pictures. It has a long balcony with furniture where you can sit outside.On arrival we we're greeted personaly and shown around by the owners. They we're very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for our trip. Overall this was a great experience and i can highly recommend this appartement.

Pleasant 3 nights stay at a beautifully decorated property that has every small detail covered. We appreciate the kind gesture from Camilla for giving us a small surprise knowing we were on our honeymoon. The room is well equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee machine and a small bar fridge.
