How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only thing I would recommend is to clean the shower head from the tracing deposit inside. Because there was practically no water pressure from the shower.
The hotel was exceptionally comfortable in everything, cleanliness at a high level. Very friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel with good and tasty dishes from Italian cuisine.

The outdoor parking wasn't supervised in any way, but still we didn't have any problems, even though we don't have italian licence plates.
The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. If you're considering visiting Bologna, I definitely recommend you to choose to stay at this hotel.

Our room was a bit small and an awkward shape, and I kept banging my shoulder on the television as I squeezed past it. Couldn't find any English language television channels, and the tv didn't work with casting video from my phone.
Nice building, helpful, friendly staff, clean, well equipped room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking. Good air conditioning. Easy access to local shops and to central Bologna by train. Only a few minutes drive from the airport. Easy access to motorways for day trips to Florence, Lucca etc.

I really liked the breakfast! It was really tasty and diversed. And the staff was wery friendly and helpful. And the bathroom was wery clean! We will come again for sure!!

Generally, the rooms are well soundproofed. I did not hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. However, on Friday night it got quite busy, and some people on our floor were slamming doors rather hard. Kids and young people tend to do that quite often these days. At one point, it became quite a nuisance, but it soon subsided, and the calm was quickly restored.
Breakfast was included. I do not indulge in much eating, but from what I observed, it was absolutely adequate, whether you prefer a French/Italian or a German/British-style breakfast. The coffee was very good—both from the excellent coffee machine and the bar. They would even ask if you would like your coffee prepared at the bar. The hotel is close to the airport, but naturally, you need a short taxi ride to get there. It is also just a short walk from the train station—three stops, and you arrive at one of Bologna's two main train stations. Nearby, there is a scenic hill overlooking Casalecchio di Reno, perfect for spending time alone or with family. Ideal for hiking, jogging, or picnicking.

They did not start the air conditioning system yet, so the room was hot. We had to sleep with open windows. We slept ok anyway. There was one guest who was holding her dog in her arms while collecting food at breakfast bar. Hotel should have strickter regulations for hygiene.
Great calm suburb of Bologna. Staff very nice and making sure our bikes were save during the night. Nicely renovated facilities. Great breakfast.

Air con not available in room in April. A little disappointing in hot weather at the end of April.
Calm oasis with its own small park just outside Bologna; but with easy access by rail to Bologna (20 minutes) and other destinations. Great restaurant on site or a friendly small restaurant 150m away if the budget prefers it. Domestic cleaning staff impeccable.

The restaurant was good, but might be a bit too pricey depending on your budget.
Everyone spoke good english, friendly staff, very clean, close to the train station, close to Unipol arena.
