We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rooms were great. Big and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Nice and calm breakfast. Not in the city center but easy par parking and strategic location to reach nice beaches on the region. They managed to put us in two balcony connected rooms.

Callistos is a modern and well designed hotel with very nice rooms. The staff and facilities were great and the breakfast was very good. This combined with a beautiful city centre makes it a good recommendation for anyone

 the hotel was clean and in nice shape I like that it had sensors to shut the lights off when they were not in use. I also liked that it had a gym and the staff was very attentive despite that I speak English and they spoke Italian.

IrelandWe were unable to use the pool/sauna in the hotel without paying €30 per person per use. I have never experienced this before where access to a pool is restricted even to hotel residents. I raised this with the staff at check in and expressed my disappointment. They were unhelpful to say the least, and unwilling to accept that it is very unsual for paying hotel residents to not be allowed access the pool. A manager sat in his office speaking through an open door to the reception staff which I found demeaning and at no point came to speak with us. There was no resolution to the situation. I don't think the hotel should brand itself as "Hotel & Spa" if hotel residents have zero access to this without paying extra. We had been planning to have spa treatments and eat in the restaurant but as a result of the initial treatment we did not and the hotel in turn lost several hundred euros of our business. Do not book if you wish to have access to pool/spa unless you are willing to pay extra.
Room was spacious, very comfortable bed. Modern shower with good pressure. Air-conditioning was very good. Allowed us to check in early and large balcony was very welcome.
