everything is perfect in all details. It's a 3 star hotel but in reality has all amenities of a 5 stars. A gourmet restaurant with a top Tuscany meat selection. The Terme and spa are beyond imagination. Any type of wellness treatments is available. The thermal lake is unique, the bottom tiny gravel keeps the water crystal clear and provides a super massage to your feet. Lots of hydro jets are available.

It’s the second time we stay at calidario. The rooms are big, stylish, clean. The beds and pillow are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant serves very good food in a beautiful setting and the outside thermal pool is awesome. Nicely warm clear water.

The place is very relaxing and quiet! The natural spring water was awesome with beach chairs around and swings to use. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff kind and helpful.

The fact that we had to rent the needed stuff for the terme (we did not think to bring our own towels and bath clothes). The shower around the terme does not have dushgel.

Clean, very well arranged, nice design with concern for details, and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast, and the possibility to have refreshments all day, once you pay for the terme. While we celebrated my husband's birthday there, the staff was able to provide a birthday cake on very short notice. Even more, they offered them a massag, and a very nice welcome card - all was prepared in the room, in less than two hours! Many thanks. When the boss heard that we celebrated the birthday dinner, he offered us the homemade digestif made from wild herbs around. Excellent!

Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The staff was outstanding. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and service was exceptional. The services they offer were top notch. The waters were very relaxing and warm for such a large area.

Breakfast was so-so. Coffee had to be paid for. The eggs were disappointing - cold and too salty. Check-in was a bit slow. Access to the parking was a bit tricky the first time because it's closed / remote controlled. The light in the bathroom could be better.

The water was great. The premises looked wonderful and the spa smell in the room was very pleasant. The staff was generally very polite. Breakfast was so-so. There were lots of pastries and cereals. The paid coffee was great.

The room was very big, clean and very comfortable. The bed was awesome. The bathroom as well very big and nice. The place is outside the center of venturina and far away from the main street, so it’s quiet. We had a dinner in the restaurant just in front of the reception and the food was delicious: the cook really knows his job. The lake has wonderfully clean water and spending there some time was a very good decision. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The price is very similar to the one of places close by, that cannot offer the same kind of comfort and luxury. We will be back.

There was a lot of noise early in the morning (pre-5AM) from workers. I believe they were spraying for mosquitoes, even though the notice in our room said this was to take place a week earlier. We just needed to close the windows...

It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel and the adjoining spa were the highlight of our entire vacation. Excellent staff, amenities, and services. Just fantastic.

The venue was very elegant, the thermal lake was picturesque as well. Parking was easy. The rooms are comfortable and they offer a wide variety of drinks (tea, coffee, water) as well as high-quality cosmetic articles. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge and very soft, high-quality towels. The reception staff provides very detailed information on the hotel facilities as well as its surroundings.
