Beautiful property, with a really calm atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful. The breakfast was really well catered and excellent dining at the restaurant. Bar drinks by the pool were great. The room was very comfortable and so calming. We booked spa treatments for our stay which were also excellent.

One suggestion : perhaps a lunch menu with more various prices ?

French family who spent a wonderful journey with our 16 and 20 years-old boys ! We stayed for one week and felt very welcomed in this beautiful 5* and quiet Hotel Resort and Spa. Gorgeous botanical garden and charming main house with taste and beautiful furnitures. They left the restaurant opened in the evening because our flight was delayed and we were upgraded for our 2 nice modern bedrooms. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Two beautiful and large swimming pools with a bar for lunch and drinks. Food and wine are good. Nice breakfast included. in the country side, 15 minutes away from Ortigia (Perfect if you have a rental car but you may take a taxi for 30 € easily, which is fine too since you don't look for parking on the island). We simply love this place. Thank you to Luigi and his amazing smily sweet team. We're having a great time and feel sad to leave tomorrow :-)

Very friendly staff, looking out for us and making sure we had a pleasant stay in Sicily. They really went out of their way and we were so spoiled. Pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxed time. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent!

We had a fabulous room and got upgraded by the manager who welcomed us on arrival. The breakfast in the morning was truly delicious with plenty of sicilian specialties. The garden and pool area were beautiful and well cared for. Fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. We have rarely been to a hotel or on holiday where we were made to feel so welcome. A truly fantastic experience.

Book this place - you won’t be disappointed. The photos really don’t do it justice, it’s an absolutely stunning, tranquil oasis which you won’t want to leave. The staff are so helpful and we felt immediately at home. The food was exceptional and a good level of variety. Our room seemed very recently renovated and was done to a really high degree. If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing, but close enough to a town then Dimora Caiammari is perfect

I stayed in Ortigia for a couple of nights and then spent a night here, to relax. The grounds are really pretty and having an aperitivo by the pool was exactly what I wanted. The restaurant was a little more expensive compared to meals in Ortigia, but that's to be expected and the food was still tasty. I'm glad I ate there (even as a solo traveller surrounded by couples). The staff are really friendly and even gave me a small bottle of their olive oil to take home. Would recommend if you want a quiet and relaxing stay near Siracusa. Short drive to beaches or rocky areas to relax and swim - I recommend the cliff-head by Arenella

Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pools and grounds were beautiful. The food was delicious. And, we were surprised with an absolutely delicious dessert for our anniversary, a dessert that we have not had before nor since. This was my favorite place that we stayed on our 17 day trip of Sicily, Tuscany, & Roma.

The only thing to say is that the hotel is a little remote, so you need a car to go anywhere, but it's easy enough to order a taxi, and Siracusa is not far away. To properly explore beaches nearby I think you'd really need your own car. But having said that, the place is so beautiful and relaxing that you could easily spend a few days not even wanting to go anywhere else. But remoteness also means it was very quiet and peaceful, so it's not really a negative, just something to note. It can be a destination in itself, if you really want to relax, or a great base for exploring (with a car). We spent a week there, and went elsewhere (by car) on 3 evenings, and the week flew by!

The hotel is very beautiful and tranquil, set in gorgeous gardens, and the staff were wonderfully attentive, and very friendly and kind. There are two beautiful large swimming pools, one for splashing, and the other for swimming. The spa treatments were excellent (thanks Laura!), and the rooms very pretty and comfortable (with really good, noiseless air-con). Breakfasts (included) were delicious, with a wide range of fresh homemade savoury and sweet pastries, jams, cakes, fruit, cheese. Dinner (you need to sign up earlier in the day for this) was delicious and very good value. The menu was typically (delicious) Sicilian dishes, but the chef kindly made alternatives for my friend (who doesn't eat fish). Thanks to all the staff for making everything perfect!

The property was amazing and the staff were even better. I travel a lot and this was one of the favorite places my kids and I have stayed. It was a smaller property and so peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip as nice as possible. Will definitely return some day!
