WiFi signal was pretty much non existent in my room but worked well in the hallway and common area. Old hotel that needs some updates, cracked tiles in bathroom. There was also some nice open areas on each floor and the roof that would make nice seating areas if they added furniture.

Great breakfast, solid value for the solo rooms, easy parking. Would recommend for solo travelers who don’t need central location.

The room was quite small and very dark (had very little natural light). My computer plug did not fit in the sockets so had to switch off the fridge to be able to use that socket. The shower is tiny. It was not as close to the centre as I thought.

The staff were very nice. They have a good breakfast and are located in a quiet residential area. The restaurant is excellent and has a good service. Great vending machine at the entrance!

The facility is so old. Room keys were old school , I didn’t like the bathroom, internet connection was bad.

I liked the staff most. Location is great and the restaurant of the hotel was perfect. Parking was good.

AC was a little weak and the windows weren’t very useful for ventilation. Severe lack of proper lighting in the room. Not just for doing makeup, but literally to see around the room. Breakfast was often lacking, and a few times we found food that had gone off. I pointed out expired milk to one of the staff but it was there the next day still 🙃

The staff were definitely the best part of the property. They were kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very well cleaned and stocked up always. We were provided with a kettle and tea for our trip upon request which made our stay more homely. Staff were super accommodating especially on our last day (saying goodbye to the beach was hard 🥲)

The room was tired. The curtains were shabby - did not close them as concerned they would fall off the track. Poor light in bedroom. Huge tv - far too big taking up a lot of the desk/dressing table. The bathroom was bizarre - peculiar flush for the toilet, no bidet but a random shower hose next to toilet.

The atrium is stunning. The hotel is clean, the staff efficient, courteous and friendly. The restaurant is very good.

The room could do with updating but nevertheless it was comfortable.

The staff were so helpful on check in as it was very late. The lady went out of her way to try and find us a restaurant as just about everything was closed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. They even had cereal and scrambled eggs which was a treat. My kids were well and truly over chocolate cornettos for breakfast.

No USB ports in the electric sockets, so needed an adapter. Not good in 2023. Also they had a vending machine for some food and snacks and cigarettes but it only took cash not contactless. Not ideal

Infrastructures definitely need an upgrade, no socket plugs by the bed, very outdated bathroom like sink and toilet flush, not even once was our room tidied even though we left the tag outside asking them to please tidy it

Nice property with spacious and well furnished rooms. The breakfast options (savoury and sweet) were pretty good. The restaurant is exceptional! I do recommend to try it if you are staying at the hotel premises.

Hard pillows

Big, spatious, tasteful hotel. We booked for 2 adults and one 8-year old, and expected a big room with one big bed and one child-bed. We got a very nice suite, with 2 rooms and a big tv. The breakfast was great, and such nice staff. Parking was free and the cleaning lady cleaned our room even at 4pm, as one day we left the room that late.

The room had been 4 star room about 25 years. It wasn't it anymore. Our rooms hadn't been updated to today's standards.

Really, really old place… Everything was working, but was so used, that no matter cleaning didn’t seems really nice and tidy. Those four stars were given 30 years ago and nothing has changed from this time. We could hear all the other rooms using their bathrooms….acoustic like no other place I visited so far 😂

Some room fittings in need of attention - couldn't get the jaccuzzi bath to work, tv remote wouldn't turn the tv volume down (only up!) and an electric socket was loose. Window glass was corroded (probably due to salt water or sand, as its near the coast)

Impressive hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff who really looked after us as we arrived late in the evening and hungry. Lovely meal in the restaurant and reasonably priced. Good spacious, comfortable room with large windows.

Location isn’t the best, but the plus points out way the negatives.

The staff at this hotel are so lovely and very helpful. They really make the stay! Lots of variety at breakfast and the adjacent restaurant is excellent!

The rooms could be updated and the plugs as well, they still have the old european plug connectors, so if you have a international one, might not work

Super friendly and helpful staff, that's the highlight of the hotel tbh. It's quite far from the city center but close(ish) to the biggest beach in Cagliari (Poetto) so if you are on a beach holiday or you have a car, it's a good place to stay. They also offer carpark on the hotel without charges. Be aware that the facilities are quite old, there's nothing elegant or upscaled on the rooms but they are functional, clean and quiet. There's a massive fountain in the main hall of the hotel so if you don't enjoy that type of noise might be difficult to fall asleep (personally loved it :) ) All the service is a 10
