- Room facing train tracks was very noisy as trains were constantly disrupting our sleep. Fortunately, when we complained in the morning, we were given a room on the other side which was much better permitting us to get some sleep for the next two nights. - Washroom windows left open without a screen was a surprise as mosquitos were invited in. - One shower was too ittle because it may required a wait on a certain nights. - Linens did not seem very new, fresh and clean. Did not like black pillow case.

- Staff was very helpful. Big breakfast with lots of fresh bread made previous evening with egg, yogurt (3 blueberries), cheese, jams and coffee brought to your room. Almost too much bread; would have liked less with some variety. -Nice room sizes. - Two washrooms serving the rooms were sufficient as there were easily available. - First time sharing toilet & shower; not so bad. - In the end, we had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. - Did not use washer but for 10 Euros, it was available.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast included and lovely atmosphere throughout the house. Bathroom/shower were shared but this was stated in the listing and no issue. Location was good, right beside the tram and about 25 minute walk into the centre of Florence

The towers do not look and smell clean. Too many people shared the bathroom. The shower is in a closet in a public room,it is so small, and the one takes shower has no privacy.

The room is good size. The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Good value for money. Nice big screen TV which I unexpected it to be available in the room and it allowed me to kill some time during the stay.

This place is amazing! It is locales very close to the center (about 20 minutes on foot) and to the supermarket (10 minutes on foot to Coop). The owners are very nice and welcomed us with tea, coffee and chocolate cookies. We got bathrobes and slippers, as the shower is in another room. The breakfast was okay, not very delicious, but made us full for a few hours. We left early in the morning and even got a breakfast to go! The room and bathroom were clean. I really recommend this place to stay - the owners are nice, polite and helpful. The localisation is also a big advantage. The room was great - spacious, clean and cosy.

Lovely staff and they even bring you breakfast to the room. The place is not exactly a hotel, is more like a modified house but the space is cool, the shower is a little claustrophobic

My room was up very steep stairs and the shower and toilet were downstairs so this made it difficult with the facilities! The shower was also tiny

The location is very good if you want to be in walkable distance to the historical part of the city, but not be too close to the noise of the busy city. The staff was friendly and the place is tidy and clean. The room was vey spacious and comfortable.

The check-in and check-out was really smooth. All the instructions to reach the place were perfect and accurate. The place was very clean and the shared bathroom was always available to use. The place also offers luggage storage. The place is hardly 10 minutes from the city center using the Tramvie. Would recommend this to everyone.

There's only two toilets with little privacy. There's only one small, shared shower.

Great bedroom, super comfortable bed. Nice balcony and great breakfast to start the day. The bedroom included a smart TV, tea, coffee, robe, slippers and an electric kettle. The location, while not at the center, is very close to a tram station and is within a walkable distance to the city center.

It was a nice place and one of the owners was so polite and helpful. He make us feel very comfortable. Although not good at in english:) Price/performance ratio was good. Very close to tram.

The shower is small, and the toilets are not 100% private. There is no unlocking mechanism for my room from the outside once it’s locked from in the inside, so that may be a problem if you need to be rescued in case of an emergency. Bedding can be improved.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The room is enough for a single occupant - I stayed at the room looking out to the train track.

The facilities were not great. There was a shared bathroom for all with only two sinks & two toilets. Only one small shower (not very private) for the whole complex. Rooms felt a bit like student accommodation. Everything was extra, air con was 15 per night, washing machine 10, drier 10. (Didn’t use either). Breakfast started too late at 8.30am and check in was not until 3pm in the afternoon.

It is in an easy to reach location just off a tram line that reaches the centre and main train station. Staff were lovely and obliging. Rooms were big and clean with tea and coffee facilities, robes, big bed & small balcony. We were put in a lovely room (probably their best) but it faced out onto the road and the rail-tracks. We asked if one was available that was quieter and were changed instantly without a problem to a room that overlooked a courtyard. The breakfast was presented well on a tray.
