The links that were sent to access the room and pay city tax didn’t work at first which was annoying but it was resolved via WhatsApp. The bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze especially if you’re taller/bigger person.

It was the perfect location, about a 5-10 min walk to the start of the main road into the centre. A shop just downstairs, the train was right outside the hotel which runs directly to the airport. The beds are very comfy and the room has the best blackout curtains ever! You can hear the trains but it’s more the vibrating of the building. It’s nothing that is going to give you a sleepless night.

The only downside was that there was a noticeable smell inside, somewhat like mold, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The location of this place is fantastic — it’s only 15 minutes from the city center, very well connected with public transport, and situated in a really pretty area. The house itself is charming, nicely designed, and very easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free.

The shower temperature was tricky to get the hang of and on the last day the hot water service didn’t work at all. I’m sure they would have fixed this for us but as we were leaving so it didn’t bother us that much. No detergent for the washing machine was provided and no wine glasses either which would have been nice for a vino or 2 at the apartment.

Location was great, right next to a train station which made it extremely easy to get to from the airport and getting around Milano in general. Lots of restaurants and cafe’s in the area also. The apartment was very spacious with lots of storage. A washing machine was a really handy bonus. The building had a lift if you didn’t want to use the stairs, we only really used it for our luggage on arrival and departure as we don’t mind the stairs.

Only had a link on the phone to open the pedestrian gate entrance and the building entrance. And that link didn’t work the second day. We couldn’t leave because we weren’t sure that we would be able to get back in. Staff did help us after contacting on whatsapp, but it took awhile to get everything working properly. A key would have been a great back-up. But there was none in the room.

Close to the train station. Felt secluded even though it was in a busy part of Milan. Easy to get to Duomo and Milano Centrale with the Metro right outside the door.

It was like an Airbnb. The room hadn’t been serviced when we arrived (after the check in time) but the managing contractor was contacted and the cleaner arrived shortly afterwards. Some instructions (locking the door) were missing

We had trouble locking the door, the system is automatized and whether the instructions to open it was clear, to close was not so much. we managed in the end after spending while on it, so I suggest to add this instructions clearly too.

the palce was very comfort and clean, well located in central Milan in a charming building. It doesnt have a lift but for us it was not a problem. Super recommended.

Check-in not smooth. self checked a problem. house keeper tried to help but was unable. he had to call central office. Locking unit was unclear. door didn't lock on closure. next door a group were unable to access their unit. i helped them. Clearer directions on locking & unlocking door would help.

The location was very convenient, because the accommodation is just opposite Cadorna the train station Cadorna. The flat was spacious.

Perfect little room and en suite for exploring the city. Coffee machine was a nice touch, but only had one capsule each for our 3 night stay. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived but agreed we were glad we weren’t staying any longer as the bins needed changing, sheets needed changing and fresh towels were needed as there wasn’t really anywhere to dry them. Great room for a short stay. Location was perfect walking distance of everything.

Location is just next to the Cadorna train station. So it was very easy to come from airport. We took Metro tickets , so it was very easy for transportation.

The room was too hot and the walls are too thin and we can easily heard the noises from other rooms and the corridor but it wasn’t a problem for us and not very disturbing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The self check-in was too easy and everthing is explained before we arrived and other instructions about how we lock the door etc. inside the room’s door. The location is excellent. It is near the cadorna train station. We can easily go central on foot.

Had some difficulty using the air con and initially missed the info regarding keys & accessing/securing room. Was resolved quickly.

Nice little property, set back from the main road, with secure gate. Apartment block I was in had 3 rooms, and was surrounded by other apartments. Very quiet location, near to main train and metro station with good links across Milan. Room was big enough for myself, with private en-suite. Tv, mini fridge, coffee machine inc pods and good amount of storage facilities. Clean through out and would definitely stay again.
