Cannot find any fault at all. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was perfect. If I had to think of anything it would be a suggestion to have UHT milk in the fridge for a quick cup of instant coffee first thing before heading out to sightsee... having said that, the cafes around serve the best coffee.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Air conditioning was so good, bed really comfy as were the pillows. Bathroom had everything needed: good size, nice toiletries, excellent shower. The room size was generous, mini-fridge and kettle provided. Location was so good being right in Piazza Sordello, opposite the Palazzo Ducale. I travelled by train to Mantova, so was a bit of a maze getting from the train station to the hotel, however once you've walked there the first time, it's easy.

Our stay at Bonacolsi Collection Mantua was absolutely wonderful. We had a spacious room with all the necessary amenities: a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a fantastic shower, and even a small kitchenette with a freezer and refrigerator. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Additionaly, the hotel is very centrally located, with all the hightlights within walking distance.

Our unit was part of the building that didnt have elevator access, but luckily not a major issue as we were able to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Just something for others to be aware of before they book.

This place was such a dream find for us. Definitely didnt realize that we rented an entire 2 bedroom unit that comes with a washing machine. The location here is absolutely perfection, it made the whole stay in Mantova super convenient and walkable. Everything was very well place and the unit was beautiful. The reception area was small but very cozy and the staff are super helpful.

Breakfast was ok, somehow from the descriptions we read we expected it to be above average. Wifi was pretty weak and slow, not enough if you consider the location for workcation.

There were mosquitos in the room, but Anti-mosquitos device with the tablets were left in the room, so the issue was easily solved. Noise isolation is insufficient, talks of the neighbors easily could be heard.

Breakfast was simple, nothing remarkable I would say, but the breakfast room itself was gorgeous - with old frescos on the walls and windows facing the central Square and Palazzo Ducale. It was a pleasure to eat in such atmosphere. The location of the hotel is great, could not be better

Mantova is a beautiful city and we spent the weekend walking around. This hotel is amazing. The staff was very attentive to our requests and helped us with a late check out. The room had all we needed. We would definitely come back.

Great location, right at the heart of old town so very near to everything! Very clean, modern and spacious room and bathroom and very comfy bed! Reception and the rest of the staff are all very warm, helpful, accommodating and efficient. Truly enjoyed my stay here and would greatly recommend it!
