How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Impossible to park nearby or even to reach it with a car.
A great spot, just off the squares of the center of Padova, where life is centered.

The bed was very firm - the only thing I'd change is the mattress for a softer one.
The lovely lady who greeted us at the apartment was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and well- appointed, and the location was excellent.

Couch that is designed to be turned into a bed is very uncomfortable. Bed super hard. If these two items could be addressed this place would be 10/10.
Very clean and well run condo. Big TV, fast internet, New. Nespresso coffee maker. Nice welcome items - coke, coffee pods, etc.

This is a minor detail, but there was no real sponge to wash dishes (and there was no dishwasher).
The apartment had a great layout, was centrally located but still quiet, and it was very clean.

3 flights of stairs, terrace not on same floor, staff responsive but not on site, kitchen minimally equipped. Overall a little sterile.

I liked it all
All was perfect!!! spacious apartment, full of lighting, clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and with goodies like biscuits, chocolate, marmalade, etc. Excellent location!!

A great apartment in an excellent location in Padua. The entire apartment is designed with care and equipped with everything you might need for a short stay in the city. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were basically at the city center. Therefore we could walked everywhere we wanted and enjoyed the environment. Perfect!

The bed was hard. A mattress topper would fix this. The smoke alarm ( green flashing light) above the bed was annoying - I was unfortunate and had a migraine during our stay.
Ca Mura was beautifully appointed, well laid out and had everything necessary for self catering. It was lovely and quiet and close to excellent restaurants. Walking distance to historic centre.

Excellent location and facilities! We enjoyed the ease of walking around the city from this point on. Additionally, the room is large and confortable, and the cuisine is very well-equipped.

The terrace at the top of the building is shared by all 3 flats, which I hadn't quite understood, although it is stated in the description. So we didn't use it much as we were there with young children and didn't want to inflict them on other visitors.
The property was immaculate, very well equipped and everything worked. The air conditioning was good and not too noisy. But the best thing was the location - in a quiet street but very close the centre of the old town. With young children this was a real bonus as we could just pop out for ice cream in a beautiful square and back easily! Communication with the Ca Mura staff was also straightforward and excellent.

Just one point: the list of facilities includes a washing machine. Apartment 2 does not have a washing machine.
A beautiful new apartment in a central location. Very nicely appointed, quiet and a comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again

This is only a suggestion because I loved the property- keep two towels at least if a guest is staying for more than two days.
It was spacious, closer to main places and tech savvy.
