Bed was concave and pillows were flat. Breakfast was continental - sweet cereal, bagged croissants but also bread to toast. No fruit.

Nothing, maybe that it didn’t have a fridge. If it had a fridge it would make it better as we could have had our food overnight!

Fabulous location, lovely balcony and view, plenty of space for a family of three and great breakfast delivered at a pre arranged time. Easy to find and gain access on arrival. Good communication from owners prior to arrival.

The directions provided to get to the property and access were thorough and very easy to follow. The owners were very friendly and polite and helpful. The location of the property was excellent - a couple of minutes from Rialto ferry stop and in the middle of everything. The breakfast included was ample and set up an energetic day for us.

The bathroom is huge but the shower area is a bit small, so if you're tall or full-figured then it might be a little uncomfortable.

The place is very central; close to Rialto stop, literally right by the san marco square, close to shops & stores and situated in an alley that's not so loud during the evenings.

Entrance was hard to find on our own. Had to ask a delivery person to help. I figured they would know and they did! Having no elevator is the worst. Very narrow stairway and tight corners.

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the Grand Canal. Restaurants were plentiful, some just a few steps away. Coffee bar on the next block was great. Room was good, on the small side as are most in Europe. Breakfast provided was exceptional!

We had a difficult time finding the location of the hotel, but we are an older couple, which could be part of the reason why. Also, we were on the second floor, and our suit cases were quite large. So it was a little difficult getting them to our room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again, now I know it would be with a smaller suitcase.

The lady running the apartments looked after us very well. We appreciated her care and making sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect easy walking to St Marks Square, the Rialto Bridge, and the Grand Canal. As they say location,location location.Our room was adequate for our 2-day stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was something the property has no way to remedy. There isn’t sufficient street lighting.

We liked that it was clean, of good value, provided an excellent breakfast, and had an awesome terrace to relax after a day of sight seeing!

The location was prefect, very close by to the water bus stop from the airport and most things were within a 10 minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We was in room 3 and the accommodation above was noisy which we could hear. Ask for top room and then you would have no one above you

Smell, if not open window, smell of mould, but can't see it. That's why heat is on all time to get rid of it. Could be clean more before new people arrive, was hairs on wall in bathroom and toilet paper was with some colours on it, probably from cosmetic, good, was another paper to use. No kettle in room, we wake up early and want coffe earlier than breakfest. But was nice that after we got it, just need to buy coffee ourselfes. Room was with window on street, what is noisy, but with close window is fine. Night was quiet.

Perfect location, warm room, amazing breakfest deliver to room,good comunication. Easy to check in and check out. We come late in evening and got our keys with code which we got in email earlier.

Mattress a bit uncomfortable

The location was excellent, close to Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The room was clean and the staff was there everyday to keep the areas clean and tidy and service your room if wanted. Before your arrival the lady in charge was very attentive and sent us all the details and steps to follow, make it very easy.

4th floor is many stairs!! Can be challenging for some people. No cooking facilities, there is a stove and a refrigerator, but not a pot or a pan ..

Best location, spacious comfortable room, good venice view from the balcony, comfortable bed, Breakfast is served to your room!!!! Coffee/tea facilities. Host is kind
