Nothing. It’s just perfect

This place is fabulous!! I was expecting a unpersonal apartment hotel, and instead of e we’re welcomed at this beautiful family run hotel. We had a room on the second floor and it was massive, with a convenient full fridge and kitchen, and a huge balcony. The garden, or park to be more precise, it wonderful. The pool is well maintained and there is a lot of sunbeds. We used electric scooters (BIT) to get to the citycenter and that took us like 8 minutes or so. Perfect place and such a wonderful family running it. We got recommendations on where to eat and they were all perfect. Can’t fault this wonderful hotel on anything!

Excellent stay, peaceful property within good distance of city centre. Really beautiful grounds and pool. Apartment was very clean and spacious for four of us. Breakfast option was a bonus too. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly.

We were unlucky in that our room was right next to the elevator and a loud hallway entrance door, so when other guests came back in the middle of night it inevitably woke us up. Fridge was not working

From the moment we arrived, which was very late at night due to flight delays, we were warmly welcomed by Chiara. Throughout our stay, Chiara and Manuela catered for all our needs with great restaurant and places to visit recommendations, booking taxis and restaurants. The property is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with really beautiful and well maintained gardens and pool. It was great to relax and swim around the pool or on the balcony after a busy day sightseeing. The apartment we stayed in was large and very clean with a functional kitchenette. Breakfast is not included but we had it on a couple of days. It's a lovely buffet with plenty of choice from fresh fruit, pastries, cereals etc. to scrambled eggs. It's a 25 minute walk to the outskirts of the city centre or you can drive in and park or catch the bus which just a 2-3 minute walk from Ca Dell Orto and costs 1.50 euros per trip. Overall a great place to stay with excellent hosts

Nothing. Points to note based on other reviews: Other reviews noted about mosquitos. If you go to a warm country and you’re near water you can bet they will be around so dress appropriately and wear spray. We had an attic room which was perfect for us. Note that i think these rooms have showers. Ours was quite small and where we were are both tall is was a bit tight. So keep that in mind if you’re over 6ft2. Bed - if you like a firmer mattress you’ll be very comfortable.

What’s not to like! Wonderful in every way. This is a family run hotel and it really shows. The attention to detail and level of care is exceptional. Once of the best stays I’ve ever had. The pool is a god send. Lovely and peaceful to lay around and perfectly kept grounds. Distance from town - perfect really. Some thought it was a bit far but it’s not if you’re used to walking. You can also use the electric scooters (bit) and bus to get into town quickly.

Staff are super friendly, the accommodation facilities are really good. It is not too far out of town. Free parking available on site. Family feel about the place.

Very hospitable hosts who were really friendly and helpful, and provided a lot of information about the city upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean. We booked the Studio Attic, and it was great that there was a washing machine in the room. Loved the pool as well, and we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property.

Very warm welcoming from the host family. They were helpful throughout our stay and provided everything we needed (with 2 young children). We also loved the garden and swimming pool area. The apartment was perfect for us.

We were given a warm welcome, lots of advice about what to do and best places to eat. There is a good sized outdoor pool with loungers, great for a swim. We also made use of the bikes on site and were able to explore further afield. The apartments are spotless, well equipped and comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Although the apartment was about a 3.4 km walk from the city centre but getting a bus was easy to do and took about 15 minutes.

Wow. All the reviews are true. An absolutely amazing place. Booked a family studio and it was huge. With the wall partitions it felt like two bedrooms. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom very large and shower was amazing. Kitchen well equipped for small meals. Terrace area big and private. Air conditioning set at the perfect level. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens don't just look lovely they smell lovely too. Took the bus each day (61) which came every 20mins - get on at the first stop so it was nice and easy, and it went via Verona centre and final stop the train station (15 mins and always on time) Two well stocked supermarkets in easy walking distance. Hosts very helpful too. Highly recommend - felt like a boutique hotel.

Is a bit of a walk from the center. Is best if you have a car.

Beautiful gardens. Apartment new, clean, comfortable. Great pool and outstanding customer service. I would stay nowhere else when in Verona.
