Not the B&B fault but mosquitos in the room caused us a number of stings. Lots of narrow streets to the hotel, its like a maze, Take google maps and make sure you have a charged phone to find your way back to the B&B.

Bed very comfortable and the room etc was practical for what we needed. Lovely Lovely lady looked after us each morning with breakfast. Air con was nice and quiet and a good shower. 17 minute walk to railway station, lovely bars nearby.

We woke up fully covered in mosquitoes bites, but yeah it’s not something the property can manage hahaha, so overall huge 10.

Great location, room was nice and comfy, AC was working, the staff was amazing, they were really helpful. If you want you can leave your stuff at the property, even after checking out, this way you don’t have to walk around Venice with your luggage.

The place is Not very close to public transport and the shared spaces are very very warm in the summer. Breakfast was nice even if some pastries weren't fresh in the morning. They looked like leftovers from the previous days.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice. The staff is lovely and the building in general is very new and well kept.

Clean, comfortable, amazing location. The breakfast was simple but nice, just what you need to start the day. The room was bigger than expected, the shower has good water pressure and hot temperature. You are at the heart of Venise, nearby restaurants and bar yet it is quiet and the hosts were responsive when we had some trouble finding the main door !

Interesting old building but tastefully furnished inside. Good breakfast served communally with other guests. In my case they were pleasant tourists from Spain and South America.A Great value place in the Heart of Venice.

We had a wonderful experience at this location in Venice! It’s perfectly situated, just a short walk from the city center, making it super easy to reach the main attractions. What stood out the most was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. In particular, the lady in the kitchen was amazing—she served us a coffee even though we arrived very early just to drop off our luggage. It was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

it is not good to drink wine in Italy, in a country where the wine culture is at such a high level, from old scratched plastic glasses

The location is good, close to the train station (~10 minutes) and it's about 1.3 km to St. Mark's Square on foot and by vaporetto 33 minutes from the pier S.Stae. Bed comfortable and quiet surroundings. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. We came here from a hotel in Verona where a completely different service was available for the same money, maybe that spoiled the view a bit, but it's Venice and you have to deal with it

A bit squashy getting in the front door onto the steps with suitcases, but not much of an issue.

Most comfortable bed and pillows we have experienced on our trip. Breakfast was plentiful, room was spotless and Flo was very helpful.
