We didn’t know it was not a hotel. I thought it was a hotel and there must be a reception desk but it didn’t so the check in procedure confused me a little bit but problem was solved very quickly and everything went smoothly after that and we love our stay there.

It’s right next to metro 4 station. Quite convenient. The room is clean and beautiful.

The most beautiful decor! We are actually using it as inspiration for our new bathroom! Perfect location to walk from Susa metro stop, about 30 seconds! And only a few stops to the centre. Would love to stay again

My bad but I didnt realise its a room in a property. So the kitchen was shared, but I should have read the description better.

Just like in pictures, design of the room is pretty. Very close to Susa metro station, the staff is very friendly and helped with all the issues even though some of them don’t speak English. They always refill the cookies and the jam in your room, which is cute

Very close to the metro and going into Milan Central and accessing the airport, both were easy. The property was well-kept and had basic amenities for a short stay.

Easy to find and close to the metro to take you into Milan City or Linate Airport. Check in was a breeze (all online). Staff very helpful through WhatsApp. Rooms very clean and appointed well. Communal area is great with coffee and cookies, glasses, fridge and dishwasher. Addition of a good size balcony was appreciated (would be great to have a small table and chairs on it). Small issue with the front door but staff via WhatsApp were very attentive and helpful. Beds comfortable and air conditioning worked well in the rooms (needed due to heat in Milan). Would stay again whenever I visit Milan. Great place to stay at an affordable price. 3 stops on Metro to San Babila, and from there a few mins walk to the Duomo.

The elevator very tiny. If you have problems with your back, you will suffer with handling your luggage for 6 steps. There is no always parking in the place.

The location is so good, surrounded with beautiful gardens and alot of restaurants, cafes and shops. The decoration was so good and modern. The staff always replied on the massages. Everything you need is avatin the kitchen. They using good quality healthcare products.

The accommodation is a bit noisy. We could hear guests in other rooms late at night.

The accommodation is very clean and modernly furnished. Our room was spacious and contained everything we needed. Every day the room was cleaned and we got new towels. The hostess was friendly and always available. The accommodation is located in a nice neighborhood and right next to a metro station.

Too much noise from the road and other guests. There is no reception in order to suggest to lower music and voices so you have to do it by yourself which is always weird.

The room was a great size, very clean, located beside a metro station to get you anywhere in Milan. The host was very accommodating and let us check in 2 hours early.

We heard the traffic quite loudly and on the second day a bad smell was going out from the bathroom but otherwise we were really satisfied

The bed could have been slightly bigger and more comfortable but that's more based on my personal preferences. Bathroom is very good looking but maybe too much: it could be more convenient (hand towel hangers that keep on bumping on the sink that makes a lot of noise, no shelves in shower to put our own gel...)

Very nice apartment, close to city centre (40 min of a very nice walk) and in front of metro station. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. The neighbourhood is very quiet, nice and well connected.

The finishing touches of the suite were high quality and the room had good soundproofing. Very functional and comfortable bathroom with good quality soap/ shampoo. Comfortable bed and the apartment was well located. The metro station downstairs takes you directly to the city center.
