As it’s on a busy street there is noise throughout the night. Something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

This apartment is so conveniently located near the station in Venice. It allows good access onto the Vaperetto and there are lots of eating places of high quality around it's location at very reasonable prices.

Could use a few more amenities in the apartment. Not enough shampoo/soap, no face clothes or dish towels for the kitchen and it had the very basic for cooking utensils, etc. The Internet connection for tv movies kept dropping out.

We loved this location being close to the train station and transport because we were arriving late and with kids so got into the apartment very quickly.

Be aware the beds are very soft, which some people like, but not us.

Ideal position at start of the Grand Canal. Lively area without large crowds. The apartment had all required facilities.

The building is quite noisy with people coming and going, and people ringing the buzzer in error. The street is noisy when windows are open. Could have done with more lamps as was quite dark and don't always want the main light on. One toilet was sometimes challenging

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the bus station, 2 minutes walk from the Vaperetto stop. A Spar shop opposite the apartment for the essentials was very handy. Lot's of restaurants and bars in this neighbourhood. The apartment is very spacious, and well presented and very clean. 5 single beds in total.

Property was fantastic however watch out for a man trying to help you carry suitcases over the bridge to the bus stop. We thought it was a friendly local helping out but he requested 30 Euro when we got over the bridge. We didn't pay and told him we didn't need any help in the first place and he walked off after realising he wasn't getting any money for us.

Great location to get around Venice. Around 5-10min walk with suitcases from the bus stop. Going over the bridge was tricky as there were a lot of steps. May be easier to get the water boat which drops you off nearer the property. Awesome pizza shop directly opposite the property. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there! All beds were single beds over 3 bedrooms so everyone had a bed each (family of 5). Very quiet in the property even though it was busy outside. Easy to get an awesome gondola ride near the Rialto Bridge for 90 Euro. They had an ice skating rink at the time which our daughters loved. Shopping in the narrow streets and San Marco square was fun!

There was no carpet or rugs so sound travelled through the apartment, including neighbors opening and closing doors...not a big deal but louder than we are used to in the USA.

The location was a 5 minute walk to the train station and the water taxi drop off dock; it was also on a busy street which was also a positive; there was a luggage storage facility a block away which was also very convenient since our train departed a few hours after our check out time.

Place did not feel clean even the floor was dirty. Got to know how to deal with the rubbish as there were lots of rules to them!

Responsive host and good location! Host also allowed us leave our bags earlier which was very handy!

There was one mosquito who joined us for the visit 🫣 😂 but we know that there are a lot in Venice anyway so it’s worth knowing to be prepared. The apartment had the mosquito plugs available.

Perfect location. Near the station and the vaporetto stop. Facilities were great and instructions were very comprehensive for access and basic needs. We had everything in the apartment that was necessary for our visit.

Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10:30 am. But that's the same everywhere. That's little inconvenient.

The check in was well co-ordinated. All instructions were clearly written, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was very close to the Venezia SL station.

The bed is a bit soft. There is only one toilet.

Near the train station and it’s along the start of the main shopping street. If you don’t want to drag your luggage up and down bridges, or to take any water taxis or buses, this is a great location. Save your walking around Venice for just the sights and shopping.
