Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesNot really the hotel, but beware of the glass and lace tours offered at Ca' Di Dio - they offer it as a free service to visit their factories/shops, but once you're there, they press hard to sell some expensive goods. It was worth the tour, but be prepared to be say no if you're not interested in paying a lot of money.
The staff was very helpful, including concierge who helped set up dinner reservations and things to do.

United KingdomThe lifts are very small and for someone who gets scared in small spaces I used the stairs lots so not to use them and we were on the third floor The stairs felt like a fire exit and not luxurious at all The gym is very very small and don’t excite us to use it

United KingdomNothing but the authorities in Venice need to clear the very tacky street sellers from the front of the lagoon. So many lovely hotels and bars/restaurants along the waterfront and you can't admire the view because of all the awful stalls.
Absolutely fabulous stay at the Ca 'di Dio Hotel. Highly recommend. Excellent service from everyone - made to feel very special. Particular shout out to Katrina at breakfast and the evening manager (didn't catch his name but he had worked at Harry's Bar before) and Ivan??? the Concierge who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Beautiful rooms with elegant simplicity and very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and delicious. And great cocktails! Thanks you Team Ca' di Dio!

Staff were always very helpful, location was good as was near various vaporetto stops, in a quiet area relative to other hotels, rooms were a good size/format, with turn downs/regular cleans throughout the day, breakfast, lunch & dinner available, as well as small spa/sauna facilities, with massage if requested. Complimentary tour to Murano was also a pleasant surprise.

Beautifully designed hotel throughout with a lovely internal courtyard garden and also tables outside overlooking the lagoon which are perfect for an evening aperitif. Very good service from all of the staff including front of house; at breakfast and in the beautiful bar. Very good buffet style breakfast with a wide choice of fresh food and fab patisserie. Great location - easy walk to St Mark's but also close to vaporetto stops and close to a slightly more peaceful part of the city and the Arsenale. The hotel also has its own pier so we were able to arrive directly from the airport by water taxi. Really a first rate hotel all round.
