Minor issues with mosquitos in our room. Only self serve coffee machine at breakfast.

Very peaceful property not too far from Sienna. The staff (particularly reception and breakfast staff) were very helpful and responded very promptly to all communication. Nice pool area to relax at with plenty of chairs. Can get drinks by the pool though. Restaurant on site was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection with fresh orange juice.

The property location was beautiful and the place itself was very clean, all the rooms where beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for you. The chef i have to say was amazing, it was the best food we had our entire stay in Italy and i cant recommend this hotel enough.

There is no shuttle from the hotel into Siena, and no taxis, so you need to be prepared to drive back and forth (although parking is easy in the city). We got a few tips from staff and tour guides on parking - the "Parcheggio San Francesco" parking lot in Siena was cheap and was beside an escalator (which was nice to avoid walking up the hill!). You can also park for free at the Coop grocery by the train station if you don't mind walking a bit. There are lots of options. Our room was quite small, and it had no side tables for CPAP machines, which was a struggle. There was also very little room provided for luggage. And finally, the automatic lights in the closet area were very disturbing in the middle of the night if you had to get up. It would be nice if these weren't automatic.

Ca' Bianca is a historic, beautiful property just outside of Siena. You can really see the thought and effort that has been put into the renovations and decor in the common rooms, bedrooms, and the gardens and pool area. And the views are breathtaking from the dining area and the pool and garden areas. Our first night at the hotel, they decided to close the restaurant and instead hold a group dinner and wine tasting for guests (outside by the pool). Such a treat! It was a really great way to meet the other guests, and the wine was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner one night, and both were amazing. Don't hesitate to eat here - their restaurant is really, really good, the service is impeccable, and their seating area outside has such a gorgeous view (which you can't say for a lot of restaurants!). We were having trouble making reservations for the next leg our our journey (we only had data, but all restaurants were insisting we call them). We mentioned this to the staff, and they were so helpful. They made the calls for us, and gave us a few extra recommendations (shout out to Vanessa, your tip to go to that restaurant in Dudda was spot on. We loved it!) The hotel also communicated via Whatsapp with us, which was very helpful. It's so much quicker than sending emails through Booking.com.

Nearly 10/10 but a few improvements for us would make it perfect. Pool towels - we were requested to use the same pool towels for our full stay. Paying a premium price I'd expect fresh towels each day. Especially as there isn't anywhere in the room to let them hang to dry. Robes - Not a major issue but it would be nice to have bath robes to use. We had at other hotles. Our bathroom had random smells of sewage. It was very in frequent but when it did smell it was really bad. This needs to be looked into.

Best hotel we stayed at in Tuscany. The staff are fantastic and they really are what make this place stand out from other hotels in Tuscany. The hotel was fully booked but never felt busy. Pool area is great, food and drinks service at the pool was quick - order via WhatsApp. Location is 10 min drive from Siena. Dinner at the Restaurant was a highlight - we went twice. Our waitress at dinner was fantastic. It is a premium price to stay here but it was worth it. We will be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us all feel so at home. The hotel has a really calm feel and it's almost impossible not to feel super relaxed there. The food was wonderful! we absolutely loved staying here and would love to return.

We loved it all!

Stylish, comfortable and welcoming. This felt like home to us- comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and cosy places to sit and read or gaze over the gardens. The swimming pool was clean and very welcome in the Tuscan heat! A bar service by the pool also a great addition for drinks & snacks. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The house and gardens have been put together with much care and the bonus? You can see the skyline of Siena in the distance from the property.

Honestly, everything! The quiet, the scenery with the beautiful flowers and greenery, our room Siena was also amazing with the best view! The food is unreal at the restaurant and the staff too. They are all so friendly and amazing. We had the best stay at Ca Bianca and we will definitely come back!

Absolutely nothing, other than not booking a longer stay

There's nothing negative to say, we had the perfect stay. The facilities are very beautifully renovated and decorated. The room views are superb and the views from the grounds are even better. The staff was very attentive and kind, they took care of everything for us very professionally, but also maintained a relaxed atmosphere. The on-site restaurant offered excellent food and wine pairings, definitely recommend it. It's also ideally located with a short driving distance to Siena and surrounding towns. Parking was of course free and gated on the property.

Rooms and facilities could use a little bit of refreshing, hence the 9/10 rating, but frankly it did not affect our stay. Ca Bianca is still a great choice for a Siena stop over.

Very good location to explore Siena. It is very hard to stay within the old town of Siena which is not accessible by car. Ca Bianca is just a 12 min ride away, but you are in an incredible setting. The ood is good, the staff is great, the property is splendid.

Only suggestion is to provide some plates, cutlery, wine glasses, bottle opener in room. Siena is all about sourcing some great food and wine from villages so would have been nice for that to be catered for.
