The barrier put on the bunk bed does not protect you from falling down, also the matress wasn't the cleanest.

A basic buffet breakfast is available, which is good for a few days. Location is perfect, very close to the beach, many restaurants are within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helped where they could.

Price is really adequate to this accomodation. Great location, many restaurants, small shops around. Nearby you can find Beach or bus to the city. Great advantage is perfect working air conditioning.

Basic selection for a buffet breakfast, with usually the same items every day. The breakfast room was often very busy, with generally only one member of staff to clear tables, refill the food items and bring clean crockery. Breakfast was served from 07.30 to 10.00, but if you went later than around 09.30, many items were gone and were not replaced.

Nice hotel just off the main road along the beach front. All the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was cleaned every day, towels replaced on request. Reasonable value for money with breakfast included, I totally enjoyed my stay there.

The staff was super nice, evething was clean, breakfast was okay. There's also possibility to get drinks and enjoy them on the terrace. Everything can be paid with card. The beach is in walkable distance and many restaurants and shops are nearby. We were satisfied. :)

Maybe it would be good if at least one person could speak english but we managed to communicate everything with the staff. Beds are not really comfortable, the breakfast is basic.

The location is good if you want to spend time at the beach. If you want to visit the old town and the city you need to either have a car or use public transport. It's good if you just need a place to sleep at, for a short amount of days. The staff was friendly.

Nobody cleaned our room for 4 days, incl. changing towels, toilet paper and soap. We needed to ask for cleaning, what didn’t work straight from first time. Seems like the hotel staff dismissed our room from cleaning. Also very old facilities, broken shower and shower pipe.

Good view from the window, well working air conditioning. For such price you get an adequate hotel, but very old.

Everything is very old, seems like all facilities (reception, restaurant and rooms) were not renovated for decades. They are fully booked, but don’t do anything to renew the hotel! Broken shower, shelves of wardrobe, shower pipe…

The room was cleaned every day - new towels, soap and toilet paper. Location was good too, 5 mins to the beach. For such low price you need to expect this…

Paper wall you will hear everything. Uncomfortable beds. Our friend's shower was broken. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. but newer open at this time you must wait for several minutes, this is annoying if you hurry somewhere.

The beach and sea are not so far. A few minutes and you are at the beach.

Private beach isn't included in price. Balcon is bad, without chairs and table. Childrens bad is unstable without leader.. There isn't a fridge in the room. Room is very small. Breakfast is monotonic and cheep, with only one man serving.

Just like many others, who are reading the comments, I was biased if I should book it or not. However, my personal experience was very positive for the 4 nights we stayed in. The location is very close to the better part of beaches in Rimini. I can recommend beach number 113. It is just across the street. A lot of luxury hotels are in the north part of the city but the beaches there were less appealing than the ones in the south. The hotel staff was really kind and polite. They were cleaning our room every day. For our 4-nights stay they were also changing towels and bed sheets on the second day. It always smells nice in the room. Breakfast was delicious.
