Even though there was a good restaurant close by it would have been perfect if the property had its own restaurant. That being said though it wouldn’t stop us returning again if we were in Milan.

Noise from upstairs and outside is very disturbing at night. Also no hot water in the shower, we were informed late in the night that there was some maintenance issue. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Clean and spacious rooms. Gave us early check-in. The staff are amazing. Adri, Dario, Elisa remembered our note we mentioned while booking and celebrated our anniversary with a bottle of champagne and snacks, a very sweet gesture!

Reception team were first class, very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication prior to check in was excellent, they managed our special request and allowed us to drop bags hours before check in. We were very happy with our family room which was clean and bright. We had breakfast at €12 per person and felt this was very good value. A nice touch was the complimentary drink and snacks and happy hour till 8.30. We enjoyed the bar so much we stayed there instead of going out. Staff are a huge assett to this hotel.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Milano Centrale, offering a prime location. And the staff is also friendly. The breakfast buffet was superb. The room was nice, and the bed was so comfortable. I love everything.

Upstairs interior hall was a bit smelly, it's an older but a lovely building and has a small elevator.

We got upgraded as a couple to a larger family room. Arrival, exhausted after 24 hour travel at 2 am. Friendly front desk person welcoming us with a smile. The bed was perfect and the room quiet, facing the inner courtyard, on the 5th floor. Easy walk from the central station.

Offered great value for money! However Improvements can be done in regard to noise from neighboring rooms. It’s not a deal breaker! I will happily stay again.

Very warm welcome from John, at the reception. Hotel in Very clean, located right next to the metro station, 2 mins from Milano centrale. Excellent breakfast, Jezzie working in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend taking room with breakfast. Stayed 3 nights in the hotel to visit Milano, very easy to move around with metro. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Milano. Location, breakfast, cleanliness, room but mostly staff, all excellent.

Excellent location super clean close to all touristic places walking distance, 5 minutes walking distance from train station i strongly recommend this place when I come back next year i will definitely book this hotel again very affordable 4 star hotel with very good service
