The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the city center and the train station. Everything was clean, and although it was not mentioned in the description, we were given a room with a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise.

The balcony doors could not be opened, which made the room quite hot during the night. The bed was rather hard, and the light on the air conditioning unit was very bright, which disturbed our sleep.

Just Ok, kind of accettable. Late check-in available at no extra costs.

No air con in the room, no proper wardrobe. No shampoo nor body wash. Bathtub not very clean. Only one socket for both fan and tv so not possible to be used togheter. Loads of mosquitos in the room. No fridge.

The staf was kind and changed my room upon my complaint. I was also surprised with a discount. The location is very good

The rooms have no air con…there is only 1 bathroom to share. Cleaning was not at the top and the first room I received had a smell and the bed sheets (pillows) also had a particular smell

The location was excellent, everything can be reached by foot. In addition, the staff was very nice and available when we needed them.

One bathroom for a whole floor (4 rooms) is not enough, especially since there is also only one toilet. We would recommend the staff to put up a sign in the bathroom on how to use the toilet flush. It was visibly unclear to some guests that the flush is, in fact, a pomp. As you might imagine, flushing down the digested dinner of someone else, since they didn't get instructions, wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Our room was upgraded to a better one upon arrival,and also we were given a good discount on the total amount!Many thanks for it! Eventually, we stayed in the apartment on Piazza Luigi di Savoia #24 (close to reception address). The location was great-only 7 minutes to train station and the same till bus stop at Largo Sorrentino. It was very convenient as we made daily trips to different places around. The apartment was on the 1st floor, and we could use lift to avoid stairs.The apartment was very big, clean and freshly renovated .The bed was very comfortable,with many pillows. All the furniture was modern and there was a huge TV. We also had air-condition.The bathroom was spacious and provided everything needed The second day, we were given new towels so that we could change them. Overall, the apartment was a great value for money.Highly recommended

Wifi was so weak, almost non-existent. In 3 days, we managed to connect maybe 2-3 times for several minutes only... The toilet flush button worked in a mysterious way

They are very friendly and always support us. The room is so clean, nice. And it only takes some minutes to go to Bari station from there

at the arrival, in order to check-in, I had to go to an office, separated from the residence, where I was requested to sign a temporary lease contract. That was not disclose previous to my reservation nor was anywhere mentioned into the booking description page. Moreover, I was told that I had to pay extra 8 euro to rent linens. I was ready to leave the premises, but booking had taken my credit card info and had notified me that I had to pay my almost full amount anyway, so that really sounded like a scam. Eventually the agents at the office made me a discount on the rate. I had to sign the contract, in order to stay. The room was average; the shower was in the bedroom and not inside the bathroom. the decor was stale and old. The room door was hard to lock; the door frame was almost coming out from the wall. There was a videocam in the corridor of the apartment. honestly, I felt a little unsafe to sleep there

The bathroom was in very bad condition, the room doesn’t have air conditioner, not even a mirror! They doesn’t have fridge neither.

The staff was extremely helpful, and we easily agreed on everything. We even received an additional discount at check-in. The location is excellent—right next to the train station, very close to the old town, and also near the beach.
