Wifi was so weak, almost non-existent. In 3 days, we managed to connect maybe 2-3 times for several minutes only... The toilet flush button worked in a mysterious way

Our room was upgraded to a better one upon arrival,and also we were given a good discount on the total amount!Many thanks for it! Eventually, we stayed in the apartment on Piazza Luigi di Savoia #24 (close to reception address). The location was great-only 7 minutes to train station and the same till bus stop at Largo Sorrentino. It was very convenient as we made daily trips to different places around. The apartment was on the 1st floor, and we could use lift to avoid stairs.The apartment was very big, clean and freshly renovated .The bed was very comfortable,with many pillows. All the furniture was modern and there was a huge TV. We also had air-condition.The bathroom was spacious and provided everything needed The second day, we were given new towels so that we could change them. Overall, the apartment was a great value for money.Highly recommended

A little bit noisy, thin walls. A little fridge would be great, it is not a big investment. No AC. Well, the room has AC but I don't know why it is unusable. We had a fan, but It is kinda ridiculous. You should make it work, you would have much greater scores.

The location is perfect, next to the central bus and train station and about 750m from the old town. The staff was nice, the room and shared bathroom was clean.

I missed a fridge in the room for cool water and I had aome miner issues with the key on arrival, was not fitting properly to unlock the door but one lady came and solve the problem fast.

It was impossible to close the bathroom door due to damage at the bottom - this door needs replacing. There was no AC. Internet didn’t connect and it was necessary to use mobile data. Having locked the main door at night, it was a struggle to unlock in the morning - the lock mechanism needs replacing.

There was no shampoo provided in the room, so if we hadn’t brought our own, it would have been an issue. When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink. However, as soon as we mentioned it, the staff resolved the issue and the smell disappeared.

The location was very central, just a 15-minute walk from Bari’s main square. The room was sufficient for our stay and very clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful with our additional requests and needs.

The walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. Even people going to the toilet and doing their needs. Also guests walking, the phone alarm in the morning of other guests…

The key to enter the room is very old and very difficult to open. I had to call the agency who came very quickly to try to open the door. There is a way to work the key and it is not easy.I explained I did not feel happy if I returned later in the evening and unable to enter as no other key available or another room. I was advised I could call the agency who would come until 00.00. This property needs to change the locks on the doors. I could not lock the door from the inside so slept with my case and chair against my door.

I needed to find somewhere cheap for a night and didn’t have high expectations. But this place turned out to be very nice. I booked it 2 days before. It was the cheapest option in Bari yet very good service. Clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Also right next to the central station.

The room was too noisy, because it is situated on a busy boulevard and sounds of the cars and motorbikes are too loudly.

Room 1C is really big. The bed is real double bed very comfortable to sleep. Two very nice pillows and soft blankets gives you feeling for long sleep. The hole property is very clean and welcoming.
