No able to store luggage on Monday after check out , no one answer a phone neither , no one to ask for help. Also a waiter refuse to give us a knife to cut a cake in the room, he knew we are a staying upstairs and again no help

Check in was stressful as it was unclear of who to meet or how to contact them and they changed the check in time without communication. Beds/ pillows were average and request for portacot obviously got lost in the booking. Restaurant / bar downstairs played music until the early morning which wasn’t ideal

No front desk or anyone to ask questions on the the city. Felt rushed at check in. Getting to the room once inside could be a bit scarry if the sensor lights don't work. The staircase getting to the room very dark.

Perfect location for visiting the sights of Verona - central yet quiet. Beautifully equipped room - fabulous huge bed, wonderful shower, quirky coffee machine (which I managed to get to dispense boiling water for tea!) disappointed that, having booked dinner for 7.00, they didn’t start serving until 7.30 which we thought was a bit late for the opera (in retrospect it would probably have been ok!) - the reviews for the restaurant are excellent and we wanted to try it! Strongly recommend!

Nothing to dislike. Only advice is to say we weren't the only ones who weren't sure where to check in. You check in at the bar.

Feel that there should have been an option rather than espresso only for the drinks available in the room (no kettle) and it would have been good to have been supplied with a small bottle of water each every night, especially given that we were eating two nights out of three in the restaurant. Maybe a restaurant discount may have also been a nice touch. So, a bit more than an empty mini fridge and an expresso machine could have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Location was perfect and although the room was above a bar it was quiet. The bar served delicious bar food and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant.

It was a bit cumbersome to get to the room. We had to carry around 3 different keys just to get to our room.

We arrived at a late check in and had to pay 30 euros extra. Thought this was for someone to have to come and let is in. But this was completed by the staff on the restaurant that is owned by the same company. When we arrived there was no one to greet us and we only discovered that it was the restaurant staff that we were to deal with when we asked them for help. we were left standing outside until then. this should have been stated in the e-mail exchanges.

Located close to Piazza Erbe and within walking distance of city centre. Lovely outlook towards Piazza Indipendenza and Teatro Neuvo. Great to have a small balcony which was shaded from about midday onwards.

The bathrooms had a weaved type of carpet on the floor which wasn’t very waterproof.

We were a family of eight adults and enjoyed out three night stay here. The rooms were good, the staff friendly and helpful and the location good - just of the Vialle del Erne with the permanent market. We ate nearby at two very good restaurants.
