Honestly can't fault it - not a single thing to complain about. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we'd be more than happy to stay again.

Had a lovely time here - everything was spot on. The directions were dead easy to follow and we found parking nearby without any hassle. The room was absolutely spotless, everything beautifully looked after down to the smallest detail. Alezandra was an absolute gem - so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and everything fresh and tasty.

We arrived in Assisi very tired and found our way to the B&B, which offered us a perfect rest and the chance to explore Assisi. The accommodation is 11/10, right in the heart of the town, with a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt extremely welcomed and always had someone we could turn to if needed. The entire building is beautifully maintained, with an outdoor courtyard where breakfast is served in good weather. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a rich selection of homemade options. The rooms are tidy and spacious, with large bathrooms and everything you might need (soap, towels). A truly pleasant experience – we highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Lady that welcomed us also dealt with at each time we came from the room or front door, she provided breakfast and at the end gave us a little leather necklace. Fantastic location, comfort, service and everything was just perfect.

Awesome stay! Loved every second of it. The B&B is really crntric and nearby foot of everything. The place is magical, comfy, and really lovely. Everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hostess really nice. The bedroom and bathroom really spacious. I'd definitely be back.

We loved everything!

Our stay at Brunelli B&B was excellent. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a menu to choose from the night before and then cooked upon your arrival in the dining room so it was hot and delicious. The room is located in a beautifully restored historic building with all the modern conveniences in the center of Assisi. Our hosts were very welcoming and kind. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Brunelli B&B and would definitely stay there again.

The host ,Alessia, was very welcoming and after arriving drove us back to our car to to look for an item we thought we might have lost. The bedroom was spacious and quite luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and everything to the last detail was well thought out. The breakfast was perfectly adequate for our needs.

We loved the location, our room (#2), the windows overlooking the town, which were ideal for viewing the special Good Friday procession. The modern bathroom was roomy and had good water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was, “the best we ever had” according to our 9 year old son (us parents agree). Thoughtful, kind, lovely all the way around. We would stay here again and again. We stayed for 3 nights. Allessia and Vanessa were beyond accommodating, helped us with taxis and took our breakfast order each day. They even put a surprise Easter treat in our room for our son. The location can’t be beat either. It’s in the middle of town but far enough from the main square to avoid some of the noise. It’s right next to the Brunelli shoe store, we’re sad we didn’t purchase shoes but will do so on our next visit. We’re in the middle of a three week trip. So far, without question, this has been our favorite spot! So special. What a find.

The B&B was in a lovely location and the interior spaces were very clean. It is in a historic building but has modern amenities. Breakfast was made to order, tasty, and generous. We unfortunately took the hardest route from the bus stop to the B&B, so be sure to just walk up the hill towards the Basilica of St. Francis and avoid 200 steps and streep hills. We would definitely stay at Brunelli again.

There isn’t a lift. Although it isn’t a problem for my family and I, it will be for disabled persons.

Brunelli B&B is great and near everything. The rooms are very clean and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Excellent location!! Super close to St Francis of Assisi Basilica and St. Chiara. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Select your breakfast the night prior and it's ready for you in dining area at the time selected. The staff was so kind and friendly! I stayed in the Indigo room and it was amazing. 20 euro cab ride from/to train station. I loved staying here and fell in love with Assisi. Can't wait to return!!

We liked everything

This was a beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean property in a central location but very quiet. We felt completely at home here, thanks to our host, Alessia, and her responsive, attentive care. The breakfast was delicious (we had scrambled eggs!), the shower was great, and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend.

One of the best facilities I ever stayed in the last 15 years of my worldwide trip! 1) Facility is located at the center of the city. 2) The host is loving, caring, kind, served us croissants and cappuccino as soon as we entered! 3) Very clean bath room, bedroom with abundant of storages! 4) The breakfast was free and contained pretty much everything, literally everything!!! Scrambled eggs, bacon, bread toast, croissants, yogurt, desserts, mixed fruits, and many more! 5) That facility itself is like a museum especially the breakfast area and the courtyard! Perhaps one of the most prestigious piece of history right over there! To add to that, we loved the host Alessia for she is very kind, full of joy and very caring! We will definitely plan to stay at that place again for even longer time. Thank you Alessia, we love you.
