It can get loud at night because of drunk tourists or loud cars but we can live with it.

Everything is within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. We were provided with plenty q tips, pads, shampoo and shower gel.

The location is so central to restaurants and shops and yet not noisy at all. Clean and great service. Washroom was outside but extremely clean at all times.

The location is perfect, the room was clean, had everything we needed, and the host was super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was just opposite our room (and exclusively for us) so the fact it wasn’t inside our room, didn’t bother us at all. Next time we’re in Florence, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Some reviews have mentioned that it’s noisy, being near the road. It’s expected if you are staying in the heart of the city. We can’t have everything.

Giuseppe is very welcoming. He helped with the luggage. Thank you. Room is very spacious. Clean, modern and yet charming in the beautiful heart of Florence. Although it has an external private bathroom, it didn’t matter to me. It was our own bathroom throughout . Very convenient place. Lovely food nearby. More than anything we felt safe throughout. Thank you for having us.

Very clean and comfortable room in the heart of Florence. Location is perfect. The external private bathroom worked out better than expected and it was cleaned every day which was a fantastic touch. Beppe is a genuinely nice host and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

It’s very central to the main sites in Florence, literally behind the Uffizi gallery, Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Gucci museum. 12-15 mins walk from main station Santa Maria Novella or you could take the C2 bus (bus stop 2 mins walk from property) which takes you direct to the station. The street where the property is, is along via della Condotta lined with cafe’s, restaurants and shops. The owner/manager Giuseppe is wonderful! He is so friendly and approachable, makes the effort to welcome his guests for a great start in Florence. Our rooms and toilet are cleaned everyday, and the toilet is stocked with essentials like you’re in your own home. There is also drinking water replenished everyday. We stayed for 6 nights and we thought to ourselves we could have stayed 1 week more as the property feels a home away from home. We were able to leave our bags on our last day to explore a bit more of Florence. Truly a great value for money.

The bed was mediocre, but that was true for all of Italy this trip.

The location was amazing. Everywhere we walked we ended up next to the Duomo. We didn't have to take any trains or taxis during our stay to travel around Florence.
