The landscaped gardens. The pool and especially the thermal pool. The room with wonderful terrace with seaview. The excellent shuttle service to and from the hotel to go to the main town and port. Friendly staff. Generally a lovely stay and great value for money.

The turkish sauna didn’t seem to work and some of the facilities are starting to show some wearing out.

Lovely pools and jacuzzi! The shuttle service was very convenient and efficient. Also needed, as the location is on a hill and a bit off the main street. Tranquil environment!

Was told waters were free but then I was charged on checkout. Was not aware of shuttle until conquering the crazy hill on the barely marked road, ended up going the wrong way down a private lane and being given directions by the residents, who I presume have to intervene often.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Gorgeous gardens and views. Spa area is quite lavish although not fully functional. Alright breakfast spread.

The value of money was great. The staff kindly and the location is good as central between all of things we need. The shuttle service is great but for only 2 places so, you can not request to pick you or drop you to any other places even if it is very closed or on the same way.

Everything is old. The shuttle is fine, except when the driver answers and comes pick you up … had to climb back to the hotel. Anyway it was a nice walk after too many gelato. Just don’t say that you will come if you don’t, and don’t answer when we call you.

The hotel has a lot to offer, swimming pool, terme, spa, sauna, jacuzzi… but all the facilities are so … old. You have rust on the swimming pool, rust in the jacuzzi, the bathroom is really old. This hotel would have been amazing, 10 years ago, but unfortunately it clearly needs a refresh.

The hotel is a mess - its old and unmentained. Glory days are apparently long gone ... reality is shown on the photos. The rooms are dirty, ladder on the bunk bed is broken. Singel beds are shaky. AC blows direct on bunk bed - so it cant be turned on while children are sleeping. The worst is, that they are scammers. They have charged us two times - at the arrival and again at the departure, because I coudn't find the proof of payment at that moment. They also charged us turist tax on the day of arrival and again on the day of departure in cash, even though it was already charged on the bill! I thought we will settle all this later with the refund, but they still havent refunded anything, despite the fact that we have already sent them proof of double payment several times.

The room was poor - the size was not suitable for a family of four. Despite bunk beds the room was tiny. The bathroom even worse, could not even open the door without knocking the sink!

The free shuttle bus was excellent and very useful to get up down steep hill to the hotel. The pool area was very nice.

This was my second stay at Bristol, and I chose to return as the relationship between cost and comfort is absolutely superb. This year my room was upgraded (free of charge!) and I loved the sea-views from the large balcony. The staff are always incredibly polite, friendly, and capable, and the level of cleanliness is very high. The hotel is located at the top of a fairly steep hill but the shuttle-service works very well for those who don’t fancy the climb! All in all, a fantastic experience and I’m looking forward to going back soon! Grazie mille a tutto lo staff, e vi mando un abbraccio affettuoso dalla Scozia.

to get to the hotel you need high navigation skills, the hotel is hidden on a hill with small streets. no signs (why?) at check in they didnt have my booking, took 30min(!!) till i finally got to my room. rooms in poor condition, bathroom f.e. shower door misses a half, they put a curtain instead of. the rooms are very noisy, i heard every noice at my floor. at check out the wanted me to pay again but i did prepayment at booking.com, they didnt understand and after i got so annoyed i just left. i dont recommand this place! maybe set the positions like front desk with people who speak a little bit english, maybe helps..

No issues with place at all. I suppose if someone had reduced mobility they would struggle to get to it via walking but shuttles are available for free to the local town

My Fiance had been in hospital for back pain and this was an unexpected stay over in Ischia. The staff were excellent and provided food in our room as she was unable to attend the restaurant and were generally very accommodating 5 stars for the staff and their understanding for the situation we were in
