How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a well organised hotel away from but thing easy reach of the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac. The breakfast was good with the option to sit outside in the open air. The hotel had access to some loungers by the sea, which was valuable as the beach is crowded.

There’s nothing to criticize about this Hotel.
Very welcoming and supportive Frontdesk staff. A spacious and clean room, great bathroom with super water pressure in the shower! The Breakfast was amazing and the staff very professional and friendly. The center of the City and the Beach are just 10 minutes down the road. Lots of great shops and restaurants to choose from! Parking in the Garage was very convenient.

Wonderful breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, various cheeses, tomatoes a delicious cake selection. Gluten free options for both bread and cake. The rooms were lovely decorated, clean and with airconditioning. Situated with close walking distance to the beach and the shopping street. Parking garage with free parking. Dog friendly. Very kid friendly with a big indoor play area and tricycles outdoors.

Good breakfast (incl. gluten free bread). Stayed in a single room which was a decent size and even had a balcony which I loved using. Clean and comfortable. Good sound proofing, didn't hear any noises. Close to the shopping, restaurants, maybe a 10 minute walk from the beach. Felt safe travelling alone.

Staff were really welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Facilities were good and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Secure underground parking even for larger/taller vehicles was an unexpected bonus..

Close to the railway. Get a room on the other side of the hotel if you are noise sensitive.

If travelling with pets, then unfortuanetly missing green area close to the hotel, however 10-15 min walk will solve the problem.
FANTASTIC STAFF. Great location just few minutes walk from the cost, nice spacy rooms, clean , good breakfast with staff helping You at each step. Fresh and tasty. Pets are loved at each step of their stay. Kids playground at level 0. Good secured underground parking even for cars over 2 m high.

My only regret is that I wish I could stay longer! Will definitely come there again!
If I could give 20 points out of 10, I would. Everything was absolutely perfect, from hotel's convenient location, to the beautiful, clean newly decorated room with every possible commodity and amenity one could imagine, to a very pleasant, friendly and helpful and ready to accommodate staff. Room is much larger than expected, feels like a large apartment, with a big balcony. Rooms is quiet, bathrooms and showers are brand new, beds comfortable. We stayed with our dog, and there was even food and toys for a dog upon arrival, as well as a mat and bowls an toiletries. Very generous and tasty, good quality breakfast with a large choice of cold and hot dishes, loads of fresh fruits, large choice of drinks. I would say the place is more like a five star, God knows why it has less.

breakfast is served by a person from the hotel in the buffet. When there are a lot of people, you will surely have to wait a long time. It would be better if it were a self service buffet
