What a wonderful stay in Boutique Art Villa Maria! The apartment is private, really comfortable, quiet, spacious, very clean and has positive vibes. The garden is beautiful, you can use the laundry room and the outdoor showers which was great when coming back from the beach. The shop is just a few meters down the road, a coffee shop and a restaurant just a few minutes walk. The beautiful beaches are reachable by foot and a bus stop a couple of minutes if you wish to go to Olbia. I also want to point out that the owner of the apartment was amazing, very kind, helpful, friendly and felt welcome as soon as we arrived, everything was easy and he was always available if we needed anything. I truly recommend this apartment! It is so peaceful and had a fantastic time. I would definitely go back!

Nothing it was amazing.

Everything! We booked the top floor apartment for our family of five and it was superb. Not only is the whole villa beautiful to look at but the view from the top balcony is stunning. You can plonk yourself down on the most comfortable couch ever and enjoy the view and relax. The kitchen is set up well to cook yourself a meal. There are two bathrooms to accomodate the number of people and the showers are great. There are laundry facilities downstairs to catch up on your holiday washing. The supermarket is 50m away, which is such a bonus. It’s only a few hundred metres to the beach and the property has the straw mats to sit on the sand, plus some sport/beach equipment. They even have the most gorgeous turtle that roams between villas. Her name is Carolina and we got to see her twice. This property is brilliant and we would recommend it to all. Stefan and Walter are wonderful hosts and very helpful.

Everything was great! The owners are the sweetest people and will help you out with all you need. Big kitchen equippeted more than anywhere else, 5 min to the beach, light rooms with enough space and garden to use. Also outside seating is a thing. We loved it and it was amazing also with a 2year old kid.

The hosts Walter and Stefano were just perfect - friendly, warm and inviting for a relaxed time away in the sun. The downstairs modern villa for 5 of us was just right in terms of facilities and the added bonus of the outdoor space. Fully kitted kitchen, and with the little supermarket at the end of the road, its perfect if you were to even come out of season and restaurants may not be open in the evening. The main beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away, with some other quieter beaches like Bado Beach about 22 minutes away. The bus stop for buses into Olbia is a short 4 minutes walk away. We didn't have a car, but everything was accessible and easy. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone found the beds comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. The living area has all the facilities and is comfortable enough if you want to spend the night in. Location if perfect for exploring the local area. There are shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach within walking distance. Hiring a car is a must if you want to explore further out. The host (Stefano) was warm and welcoming and was always available to help. He was more than happy to provide us with a comprehensive list of when and where to visit. Thanks Stefano.

This was a fantastic holidasy, I'd give it 11/10 if possible. The villa is ideally situated on a quiet street, just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and 50m from the a small but very well stocked supermarket. The fantastic apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished, from the terrace you have a magnificent view to the sea and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. But the real highlight was our host, Stefano. Our plane arrived very late so all the restaurants would be closed. When Stefano heard this he prepared us a delicios and healthy dinner, speachless... And he charged us only the cost of the ingredients, hospitality at its best! Just last little touches that made our holiday so comfortable: there are beach umbrellas available that you can use free if you don't want to pay for the beach beds, there are also a lot of beach toys that our daughter really enjoyed, in the apartment there is a big library with a great selection of books. We can't wait to come back next year!

Only one set of towels per person,staying for 5days I don't think it was enough.no window nets so mosquitos at the time are very bad, can't even open the window. There were other family staying on top floor, noise was pretty bad when running or moving the furniture especially night time

good location, nice villa, close to Olbia and Sea, local shop near by. It was clean and ready for us. Communications with Stefano was very easy and very efficient. check in was very easy as described on the website.
