Nothing. The only thing i would say for insomniacs is that you can hear creaking floor boards above BUT no noise until 8am and I slept extremely well in the peacefulness. Very very quiet at night!!

Gorgeous B and B up in the hills, surrounded by vineyards. Hosts were so kind and generous/friendly and even gave us a glass of wine! My son was happy with the smart TV! The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern. The wifi worked well. The room was HUGE. Everything was perfect. The lake was lovely (even in the rain); we had a great meal in town, and great gelato at the cafe in town.

The apartment was a 20 min walk from shops, so it is a little tricky if you don’t have a car. Luckily the hosts were so kind to drive us to the shops.

The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful.

This is one of the most impressive accommodations we have ever stayed in. The B&B was very private and very comfortable. The hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were sorry we could not stay longer as we were walking the Via Francigena. Would strongly recommend.

Nothing to complain

From the time we contact the owner until we left the experience was beyond amazing! Simone goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable! It was truly a home away from home for us as it was me and my best friend on a girls trip! The place was so clean and he had left water, tea, coffee, toast, biscuits, milk, fruits etc which made it so convenient! The two adorable dogs were the highlight for me as I am a huge dog lover and that completed the stay! Thank you Simone! I will be back ❤️

We are pilgrims to the steep uphill climb to the property was difficult. However, once we arrived everything was great.

It’s located in a quiet village. We loved charming country style room and beautiful garden. The host is kind and friendly. Although she doesn’t speak English, we communicated with a mix of English, French, Italian and hand gestures. It was fun.

May be a little out of the way ( up the hill on Rollo), but very quiet and plenty of space

Great place and very helpful and generous hosts. Besides giving us a beer on arrival, they supplied plenty of coffee and tea for breakfast, and furthermore they gave us salad stuff, oil & vinegar and herbs from their garden and gave us all the info where to shop for local produce to cook dinner at home. A1 hosts !!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, we have stayed in some lovely places but this does top our list, they really go out their way to make you welcome, the rooms are absolutely stunning, we had our 1 year old daughter with us and wish we stayed longer here.

Due to other obligations the host had, the breakfast consisted of (a lot of) non-perishables. Understandable but not great.

Very good mattress so a comfortable bed. The shower was nice and hot, so good bathroom. Possible use of drying rack for your clothes and tea/coffee facilities. Welcoming host.

The location is way up a hill. After walking all day this didn't work well for me.

From the greeting with a cold beer in hand to leaving every thing was great.

It was quite a bit off the Via Francigena route and up a long hill so that was tiring at the end of a long day of walking.

The host was very friendly and the facilities were very good with access to coffee maker and kettle in kitchen. The only complaint was that the milk was off so I couldn’t use it for tea/coffee.
