The portable air conditioner forces you to keep the window opened so it is very noisy and get a lot of mosquitoes.

There is nothing serious we did not like. The only issue I could talk was the instructions to open the exit gate (at the street level) ... we need to use the key as there was not a button to open it from inside. In panic situations this can be a problem. Anyway, this is not rare.

The room was inside a very stylish building in the center of Bergamo, between the train station and the Cità Alta. The room had a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. There were also facilities for the breakfast and food for the 3 breakfast we made with an excellent expresso coffee. The food was good (not a buffet breakfast as in hotels) but very good with regional products and very complete. The space was very clean. The bus stop was 2 minutes’ walk (maybe less) and we used the bus to the train station and also to the airport. It's really convenient.

Spacious apartment in a nice building on a quiet street. Good stay if you have an early flight. Convenient self check in and check out, breakfast already in the room.

The check-in/check-out 15.00/10.00 hours make for an unwelcomingly early wake-up call, especially on a Saturday morning. Also, the size of the cleaning fee (30% of the entire cost of the booking) seems rather steep.

The breakfast is very small - really italian style, tea, coffee, juice, cornflakes, creackers and 1 slice of ham and cheese. We were 3, but got only 2 coffee capsules. I recommend to skip the breakfast and go to the coffee bar if you have time to do so.

The appartement is very nice, modern, situated in the centrum. It has very nice and spacious bathroom. It is near to the bus stop, and cable car to the upper town, or you can easily reach it by 10 minutes walk. Also the supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bar are near by. There is a kettle, caps so you can prepare your tea and small fridge is also usefull. The host sent us all needed info.

A bit hard to get it and out through all the doors and with all the codes.

Towels could be upgraded (quite thin and worn) and there was a barking dog in the building.

The property was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good position and within walking distance to the funicular and many restaurants. The neighbourhood was lovely. It was a self check-in and out which was easy via communication with the owner.

It's a cozy place with stylish furniture. Localization is optimal to see Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. The host was very helpful and elastic to your schedule. Thrutly recommend!
