There were coffee machines but no coffee capsules available. Communication was via WhatsApp only, friendly but on short notice. They require credit card details again upon check in

I don’t really say things like what I didn’t like about a property if I like a property. Every property reflects decisions and every decision can be second guessed. I could say tiny little things that I would’ve done differently. Like I would’ve had more room to put a shelf in the bathroom to put my dobbs kit which contains you know all my bathroom stuff. But that’s just such little tiny stuff that it’s not worth talking about. The bathrooms are beautiful. The shower is spacious and a great big beautiful showerhead and there’s two big shelves in the shower, where you can put your soap for your shampoo or whatever you want, which isn’t always true. Whoever redid this is an artist because it is so artistic. Even the headboards in the bed platforms are designy. There’s a bookshelf with an eclectic collection of books. It’s just a really nice place. And there’s a place to park your car on the street. Right in front of the hotel or a little to the left or a little to the right.

It’s a very old stone building that has been repurposed into half a dozen rooms. On the first floor is a common kitchen and on the second floor is a common living room. It is exquisitely designed and decorated. There is even a Gustav Klimt reproduction painting on the wall in the living room. It’s 100 feet from the bridge that goes over to the other side. It’s 100 m from three different restaurants who all serve interesting food.

Parking can be challenging when it's very busy.

The view of Bosa old town from the windows is like a postcard. The location is perfect, just few minute walk across the bridge.

Ideally, you book the whole house to enjoy it fully. If you only book a room, like we did, you can not use a lot of the beautiful space of the house. For just a room, the price is a bit too high, though the location is great.

The location is perfect! You look at Bosa and just need to cross the small bridge and you are there. If you come by car, this is the best option in Bosa to park easily and be super close to the center. Lucia who was welcoming us was super nice and very welcoming! The house is beautiful (see comment below).

Parking was slightly problematic. There was a carnival in town and the apartment doesn't have specific parking spots so we had to find a space up the road. There was also no wifi, and guests are nor permitted to use the kitchen (although we could use the fridge and a coffee machine) so it felt a little expensive for what we got.

We had a fantastic view of the river, Bosa and its castle from our bedroom window. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any rest. The host imposed an excessive number of rules about what was or wasn’t allowed, which made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. Nothing was provided in the room—not even drinking water—which felt inhospitable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was either non-existent or ineffective, and the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Overall, this was not the level of comfort or hospitality we expected.

The location is quite central and the common spaces are well put together and trendy. There is a nice view from the property
