The staff at a nearby restaurant (Al Parol Ristorante Pizzeria) were rude and unpleasant when we happened to visit. Ignoring people waiting to be sat down with hardly any clients actually there yet. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs.

Towels and sheets are changed on request and for an extra cost. It seems the Sauna use is also by booking in advance plus an extra payment.

I stayed for three nights at Borgo Romantico with my partner. We were pleasantly welcomed by Pierre and Eleonora who set the tone for our stay. We stayed in a Superior room, which we found comfortable, practical and elegant. The breakfast buffet was excellent—plenty of choices for guests to vary if staying more than a couple of nights. We enjoyed the pool and the outside gardens. Would recommend and stay here again!

These is a truly wonderful property. The attention to detail is second to none. The level of maintenance is second to none. There’s hardly a blade of grass out of place. The landscaping is superb whichever direction you look. The pool area is premium and away from the accommodation blocks. It’s not a five * resort with all the bells and whistles but it has its own identity. The staff are the best I’ve come across and are fully invested in the customer experience. They are very commercially aware and prefer to compete with the Booking.com/Agoda of the modern internet-based hospitality industry. So give them that opportunity!

We had an amazing stay! The staff were super helpful and always available. You have plenty of privacy, and everything is very well-maintained and spotless. The breakfast was rich and varied, with someone always making sure everything stayed tidy. We were able to store our bikes safely in the garage, and we couldn’t have asked for a more lovely stay during our short, sunny weekend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

There was a spa advertised but when we got there only the sauna was available at a fee of €50 for an hour and a half. Who would do a sauna for an hour and a half? The breakfast was €15 per person even for a child which wasn’t worth the money.

It was clean and comfortable with good parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Borgo Romantico, all the staff were lovely but a special mention to Leonora and Barbara who were both awesome. We did the wine tasting which was a wonderful experience looking out over the vineyard and 100% recommend. The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast yummy and lots of choice

If you open the window, it is noisy because of the motorway nearby.

Nothing. Yes you can hear the main highway but it’s very minimal. May not suit those wanting to be closer to Bardonlino but it’s only ten minutes.

Breakfast could be with more options, no towel change for 3 days, dogs running around, even it was written in rules that is not allowed, also one dog was next to our room and it was too loud. No dinner options in hotel. But nice restaurants around. Without car it is hard to get there.

A very comfortable beautiful hotel set among hills and vineyards in a well and modernly restored villa. The room has a beautiful view from the windows, an aesthetic interior with a modern understanding of classics and traditions, a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom with wine-scented soap. I liked the breakfast on the terrace. Very tasty home-made wine, which can be bought at the reception. Despite the fact that the hotel is located far from cities, you can and should have dinner at a restaurant 100 meters from the hotel - it is very tasty.
