If they offered a restaurant service, it would definitely be 4 star. Not the hotels problem but the road from Como to Bellagio is pretty scary.

This is a very nice hotel with stunning views of lake como. Food was good with choice of lunches available from lunch to evening. Hotel provides excellent shuttle service to Bellagio hourly for small fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It states a 3 star hotel I would class as 3.5 to 4 star. All staff friendly and very helpful

The member of staff that we often dealt with was a lady called Chiara, She was absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions, even rescuing us from the town when we could not access any transport late at night. Chiara is a real asset to the hotel and deserves a lot of praise. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice and is also included in the price of the room. The views from the room are outstanding to say the least.

Our room was squeezed in between two larger rooms with a very small balcony. An onsite full restaurant would have been a good feature to incorporate as existing arrangement was very limited

LOVED the property. No issues at all.

Everything about this property is special. The view is unparalleled and makes this place incredibly memorable. The staff are warm and friendly and ready to support our needs. Every inch of our stay was magical. We will be recommending this to everyone. The shuttle was perfect for getting to and from Bellagio. And the walk was also highly enjoyable.

The restaurant for dinner was very basic. Outside of the bruschetta the food was below average.

Phenomenal spot. Location is outstanding. No better place and value for money was decent considering some of the Bellagio hotels are 4x the price.

The restaurant meals were very disappointing. A lasagna was from a frozen microwave packet. I would expect much better from such a hotel. The breakfasts were excellent though.

We loved the suite, the view, the pool, the location and the staff was great. We took room service and the fresh pasta was delicious and came quick. With the suite you also get indoor parking.

We had an apartment room. It was lovely to.have the extra space and facilities but the hotel was too far out of town to easily do any food shopping.

All staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, the views over the lake are tremendous. The shuttle bus into Bellagio centre was a great help. It was good to be out of the busy town centre.
