This property was situated in a great location near to Greve and Radda, Siena etc. It was super easy to get around during the day and night as we hired a car and we came here twice throughout our 3 week honeymoon in Italy. The staff were great, especially Nazli at reception is super helpful and solution focused when we had questions or needed something.

Rooms were tidy, but some a little dark. Beds super comfortable. Great location.

Apartment had a kitchen but nothing in it and fridge not on. Walls thin - could hear our friends shower and they had to ask the people below them to be more quiet at midnight. Needed a car for any food other than breakfast.

Seclusion, bed and towels amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Great views, lovely pool area.

The air-conditioning was very loud, night mode didn't work very well and it was too hot to go without.

Absolutely stunning! Easy to access by car from Siena and Chianti region. Amenities are amazing, we visited when the weather was slightly cool so loved the sauna and hot tub. Great breakfast as well.

Our room was by the pool and getting your luggage up the steps and through gravel was difficult …food not easily accessible…there should be a happy hour and room service

The check in process was slightly confusing having to go across the road but aside from that we had no issues.

We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The view is beautiful and the hotel is stunning, the daily breakfast was great. Highlight of our trip.

The spectacular views, the cleanliness and the fantastic breakfast!! And for sure the friendly staff especially Donatella :) Loved her hospitality and her sweet pastries and cakes during breakfast!!! Just loved waking up each morning to the baking smell of the croissants and sweets - will miss it!!!

The Jacuzzi gone bad and the water in the pool were freezing. As I said the stuff was really great but they need more hands. Dinner was horrible, only one waitress for the whole restaurant so obviously it took her long time to get to us. Only one hour after the service had started and already one of the dishes was finished.

The stuff were amazing. Especially Francesco and Donatello. Also the man and the woman from the reception very helpful and friendly.

Room six should not be used at all! It’s back door opens towards the restaurant area. The provided curtain is completely see through. However you can shut the wooden paneling on the door so no-one will be peeking in but in this case there is no natural light in the room. The room shares a wall with the bar which makes it unbearably noisy. Without any exaggeration you can hear the milk being frothed in the mornings. Not to mention the constant clinking of cutlery and dish ware as staff is working. It was like waking up in a kitchen…

The location is very good it’s easy to reach restaurants, beach, etc. Staff was helpful and our room was spotless. The views are breathtaking and the pool is also a great addition.
