Around midnight we heard some VERY LOUD banging on the wall, we dont even know where that sound came from or if it was directed to us or someone else. We were sick and the walls are really thin, so maybe our cough got really loud at night and it disturbed other guest. But we got very scared because of that, the banging felt VERY aggresive and with the thin sliding doors and thin walls I dont feel safe at all because of that incident. The room was small and compact, same goes for the round stairway. But it was okay for a short visit.

The location was so nice. Basically in the heart of the old town, same building as Gelato Gentile of Bari. So easy to go around by foot. It was really nice that they leave cold water for guests in the "lobby". And the checkin was really easy, very accomodating host too. Thank you!

Amazing location, cozy apartments, ideal for a couple-days stay. Would definitely stay again if it is for a few days (the rooms are not too big and you can hear other guests, so not for a long stay). Important to underline- exceptional service. Fast replies, always eager to help, the staff was truly amazing. Checking if everything was alright even after we left the place.

The stairs were quite small and uncomfortable, but there is an elevator (I suppose they cannot be larger as it is an old building, but it is not something that was bothering, just FIY)

The location of the accommodation is wonderful if you are planning on sightseeing in the old town, it is in the centre of the old town, and 20 minutes walk from the central station. The bed is comfortable and big, there is AC, the bathroom is nice but a bit small, there is TV and towels. It was very clean and couzy, a true Paglian house experience. There were cold bottles of water waiting for us. The owner was great accommodating to our late arrival and very helpful!

There was nothing wrong really, maybe a bigger bin and a better lock and key on the room would make the place even more perfect.

First of all, Enrico was amazing, really helpful gave perfect instructions to check-in late and alone and took time to answer all my questions.He gave wonderful tips to see the city and his assistance meant a lot. The bed was very comfortable, lovely room, clean and perfect for an adventurous traveller like me.I felt like being the princess in the tower room😁😁😁 I loved that there was cold water and snacks at the reception.The location is wonderful near the best sights and ice cream shop.I would for sure stay here again.

1. Super noisy, you can hear the tourist flow until the small hours of the night, you can hear the neighbours as well very clearly because it's an old building. 2. Hot water - the room has only a flow boiler - meaning you have couple of minutes for a shower and no steady temperature, hot reliable water is a bare minimum at this day and age. 3. Size - the room we were assigned, had nothing to do with the photos in booking.com, it was like small attic storage room - no full size window or terrace, there was room just for a bed, you can barely turn in the bathroom/WC - be careful about that. 4. Security - the door of the room was DIY sliding one with fully exposed lock mechanism and holes outsider can peek through, another thing to be careful about.

We arrived at what looked like a tower of dungeon-sized room apartments, one above the other with a common entrance and at night it turned out that there were other rooms next to us. You hear every step and movement of the neighbors from all directions all the time. We ran away after one night. It is true that if you look at the hidden details in the booking, you see that the room is 13 square meters, but we only saw this in retrospect when we looked at what we did not understand in the reservation. I did not imagine that a room could be the size of the bed and feet and an entrance to the bathroom on the side - apparently it was not visible in the reservation. In my opinion, it is only suitable For those who have no choice, I wonder what if I hadn't booked the three rooms for me and my friends - would it be possible for me to spend the night in such building with strangers?
