Amazing location to most sights. The room and hotel has such a rustic charm - we wanted to feel like we were transported through time and we did. The room was so spacious and just amazing. Just perfect - 100% would come back (we don't want to leave!).

From time to time, the cleaning was done poorly. The wardrobe could use some restoration. It's really cool and vintage, but inside it's falling apart, and it could leave marks on clothes. But compared to hotels in Rome, this one is simply magical - night and day.

The location is close to the center, with many restaurants and shops. Delicious teas and coffee, and a cooler is available. The beautiful hall with a piano and sofas, the spacious room with vintage feel. I recommend to eat in Fattoria Rossi Firenze. It was super delicious

only minor - no double glazed window so i could hear street noise, which did wake me up once

this is a gorgeous hotel! its exactly like the photos so i didn't feel fleeced. there's AC, the room is spacious and the bathroom shower was a good size. there was a window so i also had natural lighting coming into the room. the location is great - walking distance to main galleries and duomo, and close restaurants.

Parking is complicated. you need to find closest city parking. and you need permission to enter city center. Normally, this parking will issue this permit automatically.

Gorgeous apartments with incredible hall, piano, coffee, and paintings on the wall. Rooms are comfy and big. windows opens on a medieval square where local artists sings, play music. you don't need even to go out. Location is great, 5 minutes away to places to see. restaurants around. the restaurant opposite to the entrance incredibly expensive comparing to all other places. Accomodation was very nice and easy.

The lack of type F power outlets was challenging but manageable. There was one next to the bed and one in the bathroom. The provided hair dryer does not plug in to the outlet next to the mirror (weird). Everything else is the older C or L type).

Classy, comfortable, well-located, beautiful and both modern and antique in all the right ways. I stayed in June/July 2025 during a heat wave and the air conditioning was icy cold. There’s a guest lounge, and if you’re inclined, you can open the window and listen to the evening’s classical music or opera from the piazza. Close to Ponte Vecchio if that’s your thing, and many excellent shops and restaurants within a few hundred metres. Reception is staffed from 10am to 7pm (?) and communication is excellent. It has a lift and taxis can pull right up to the door. They can mind your luggage during the day if you need it.

The room wasn't very clean..(hair on carpet and floor was sticky). The bathroom was a bit tight for us (and we are not large people). We didn't appreciate a towel shortage which meant we had to use a small towel after a shower. You have to accept that you are in a central location, thus you have to understand that comes with noise at night at times.

This apartment was located in a central location which comes in very handy when you have to walk everywhere. It was a large room and there was an elevator to help with luggage. The bed was a very good size. The staff were helpful at times. There was a common area for all the apartments to sit and drink coffee/tea. It was a decent sized area and very ornate and comfortable.

It is very loud as everything outside can be clearly heard, but that is part of the deal in Florence.

The location is amazing and super convenient. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable I no longer enjoy my bed at home.
