Rooms were perfect for our group. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. Great view, two balconies. Close to shops, restaurants, hiking. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hot dinner menu rather bland. Good cold buffet bar

Great location close to main street & lifts. Loved the pool & jacuzzi. The bar music & friendly barman were added treats.

Perfect hotel in Madonna, good location, fantastic breakfast,free shuttle to gondolas, free parking, excellent spa,warm rooms... recommended!

The weather had turned exceptionally cold & our rooms were cold & we couldn’t get the radiators on. We spoke to reception & they did then put them on for us but it only worked when the key card was in the room so a little cold each time we returned to our room.

Lovely staff, very helpful, good location and parking, lovely views, nice pool & wellness area. Then a surprise after dinner a show from the bar man/wine waiter claudio! What an entertainer! Had us all in stitches with his karaoke show! Quite an unexpected night but one that we will never forget and see us return for sure!

The only slight niggle was that the WiFi signal was not very strong and dropped out periodically.

Room was big, very clean and well equipped. Fabulous toiletries with eco credentials. Shower was great too. Swimming pool with jacuzzi were lovely, especially after a day walking in the mountains. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good with large choice including home made cakes.

Lovely comfy rooms. Great breakfast and optional evening meal. Staff so helpful and friendly. Can book free wellness area every evening. Free drop to ski lift in the morning and pick up at end of day. (Only 5-7 minutes walk away)

Our stay was very enjoyable. Beautiful ski resort, picturesque slopes and mountains, great lifts. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and nice dinner. Relaxing sauna and steam room.

The room was a little hot for our liking but the windows could be opened so not too big a problem. The next room had some noisy people in it but this is not the fault of the hotel, although dampeners on the main doors would help.

People like Claudio from the bar is the reason why we love coming to Italy. All the bars/clubs around don't have that soul and shine. The hotel is very well located, room was cozy and clean.

We are arrived quite late in the night and we were given the only available room in the last floor in an attic style. Since I'm quite tall I couldn't fit in the room. The following day I ask in the reception for a room change. Although they were fully booked they did their best and they change us room. The hotel is centrally located and the hotel's bus takes you in the two main ski stations. Breakfast was decent. I guess replenishing could have been more efficient but overall the staff was gentle and polite.

There could have been more dishes. E.g. there was only 1 dessert/yogurt bowl. Otherwise no problems.

We stayed at hotel's appartment. It is very conveniently located close to village center. 400m walk to Spinale lift. Free shuttle bus to and from the 2 main lifts. Ski storage room with locks and boot dryers Our 3 bedroom apartment was great value for money. 2 bathrooms. Everything clean. Free parking. I recommend this to families / group of friends and would happily come back.

Need swim cap. 1 bathrobe for spa to keep for the whole stay. Christmas decorations could be improved.

Hot rooms and hot water. Ski shuttle. Good sauna and Turkish bath. Good food. Brilliant staff.

Everything was perfect.

Arrived very early on the date of the stay and was allowed into the room which was excellent as the weather was not great. Reception staff were fantastic - lovely people. Room was good. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. Never seen baked apples before as part of a hotel breakfast. They were delicious and a very nice touch along with all the other choices.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The staff was helpful with a fast check-in and informative, location perfect and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Since we do not ski we found the pool at the hotel a very relaxing, clean and quiet spot.

Very comfortable apartment with lots of space. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus to the lifts was excellent! We got a good discount on the lift pass with the hotel promo code, so make sure you check out if it is available for the week you are staying before you go.

Hotel Bonapace has everything needed for a great ski holiday, Comfortable rooms, ski locker, very good restaurant and bar, sauna, steam room and swimming pool, bus to the ski lifts, gym and relaxation room. More importantly all the staff are exceptionally efficient and friendly remembering us from previous visits from Alma in reception, the waiting staff and the incomparable Claudio as bar manager and master of ceremonies.
