Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWe were only in Florence for one night, this hotel was perfect for what we needed. So close to the station and everything we wanted to see. The warm greeting by reception and the map of what we should focus our short stay on helped our whistle stop visit. Breakfast was great with gluten free options for my husband.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff (all of them) are nice, welcoming & professional. Rooms & bathrooms are clean. Location is excellent (very near to Santa Maria Novella- Florence main station) The price is better than most hotels around. Breakfast is very good.

United KingdomThe location is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10-20 minutes from the main sites. They were happy for us to leave our bags before our room was ready and also to leave them on check out to pick up later. The breakfast was great! Help yourself style with crossaints, toast, the usual jams butter etc, yogurts, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, cold meats, cheese and boiled eggs. The room was super clean, powerful shower and comfy beds. The staff were always happy to help and had great knowledge of the area.

United StatesThe noise and the air conditioning was not great, but kept the room cool. Being close to the train station was convenient however, there was a lot of people hanging close to the train station selling things, but not in an annoying way. Did not have much concern on our safety.
The location was central and close to the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and had one of their staff members assist us to the train station, carrying all of our luggage for free, we did give him a tip. We got kisses from the front desk staff member Elby who was extremely friendly, very pleasant and very helpful. The room was spacious. It was noisy because you are an essential area but they do have a noise machine to block out the background noise. The breakfast that was included was good and the staff was available 24 hours a day.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The location is great for getting around (e.g., close to train station and close to pickup for tours).

NorwayThe staff are superb and very welcoming to the hotel, so I liked immediately. The single room is tiny but sufficient for my stay. Super strong air conditioning and the room got cooled quickly so I put on quilt even during night, a plus point for the heatwave in that week. Breakfast is simple, at the cafe downstairs, but with proper coffee so that is alright. Very close to train station.
