Small room and at mid-underground level - so the windows were ar street level. That can make it noisy, considering the tram passing near by. However, not really an issue for a short stay and especially if spending most of the time outside to go sightseeing.

Great location to have easy access to main touristic attractions and easy to get there from the airport by public transport. Very clean and attention to details- there was a sleeping mask and ear plugs for each occupant.

Great location BUT the room is in the basement you get a lot of noise from the tram or the train or something similar but you can get used to it. We visited at 9/8 and the room couldn't get a cool temperature. Meaning it won't get cool but it won't be hot, maybe it needs maintance. Also the check in procedure was like a puzzle, not bad but not perfect if you want to fast check in your room. Not bad though. Also note you can't open the windows so just a small amount of outdoor lighting BUT the room lighting is great.

Excellent location. House was clean. They didn't knock on the door before check out as they do in other places allowing us to leave at 10:10 which was convenient as we didn't feel forced out. Room space was great for a couple and they provided us with everything one might need traveling like toothbrush, slippers etc. overall would reccomend but maybe upgrade to a room on the top floors.

Its a little bit noise since it is located underground and noises from cars were a little bit disturbing, even if we use the kit which was provided. The coffee maker was a little bit dusty and water still inside the containeer, i dont know if that was new or an old water from previous customer? A little bit complicated way of checking in, though can easily follow the instructions given. Communication from the host is through mail message. So urgent concerns is not replied immediately, need to wait for about an hour for the reply.

Walking distance from metro station. Kettle and coffee maker is available.

The location was very convenient, in a lovely neighborhood, but it was close to where the tram passed, which was extremely frequent, about every 5 minutes or so. As a result, the noise was noticeable from very early in the morning until midnight, I believe. However, they provide earplugs. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Everything was great, starting with the smooth check-in. The room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary toiletries. We also had coffee and tea inside, which was a nice touch.

I had problems with the lack of hot water in the shower, I tried to contact several numbers to resolve it during the night. I believe that if this is a recurring problem, there should be recommendations in the accommodation, notices about it, or emergency numbers so that someone can help us with any problems. I found a lack of care for the guests in relation to the noise in the morning with the cleaning staff, talking loudly and banging everything all morning. The accommodation is small and the noise gets very loud in the rooms. It's impossible to sleep.

The place is very well located. Very clean, organized accommodation and great care for guests in detail for an excellent stay.

They forgot the request for separate beds, but it wasn’t a big issue. The bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, and the hot water sometimes runs out quickly, which is something essential to mention during winter.

The room was very clean, and they made sure we had everything we might need during our stay. The location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, well-connected, and you can walk to the Duomo if you want.

The tram/train line is unfortunately right next to room and is very loud till early hours of the morning and then re starts at early Morning too.

Walls are very thin, could hear other tenants from next door very loudly. Instructions to access AirBNB were also quite hard to follow.

Very close to the main city, easily accessible by trams that are 1 minute walk away. Clean and very simple especially for you’re staying only for a short time. A lot of amenities such as toothbrushes, shower gel, iron and bottled water were given. Aircon was very useful too.
