The in-room AC struggles a bit on hot summer nights but it cools the room enough to sleep.

The staff is excellent, helpful and easy to communicate, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel are the best we had during our Italy trip. Location is excellent as a base for traveling around the area and there are garages for motorcycles available. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean and the hotel has a wonderful garden all around to relax in the evening.

This is a beautiful place with a large garden full of fresh fruit you can pick off the trees and a garden whose produce appears in their food. Staff are very friendly and cheerful, but my lower rating is because, like many hotels in Europe, they cannot find enough staff and therefore operate with insufficient staff.

We didn't notice that hotel restaurant is closed on Tuesdays (although clearly mentioned in Booking.com so it was fully our fault). However, we had a nice evening snack with own food next to a fireplace.

Excellent breakfast with home-made products. Central, yet peaceful location in the village. Short walk to the center of the village where you can find even two Michelin star restaurants - we had a dinner in Zur Rose and can warmly recommend it. Easy to reach Bolzano by bus, free transportation card with entry to many museums included in the room fee. Many wineries to visit nearby.

Cleaning lady opened the door unannounced without knocking at 9am while I was naked getting changed. Might wanna knock next time! Other than that I just wish I had stayed in the summer season when I could use the pool and outdoor ping pong table!

Was a very nice hotel with all the amenities needed plus much more I didn’t even know they had! In my 2 month trip around Europe, this has been the best hotel breakfast of them all. Bravo

There was a bit of noise in the morning, i'm guessing it's just my particular room that was close to the kitchen/entrance, and the piping were a bit loud too. The noise the rest of the day was totally fine and not loud at all. Also it was clean except the bathroom door that was quite dirty.

Super nice owner, great room, amazing breakfast, location is super nice, the village around is cute and you can find everything you want in the shops around. The pool is super nice and the garden just amazing. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Apparently a transport card is included for free for the duration of your stay (which is excellent, but I didn't know about it), but I was given mine at check out :( Also, I could hear the noise and footsteps from the family in the room above mine.

Great breakfast buffet, fantastic dinner set menu for €35! Lovely staff. Beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Much quieter and cheaper location compared to Bolzano. Bus stop is 15min walk (direct to Bolzano, also to Lago di Caldaro). Online option to opt out of daily cleaning with a €5 deduction per day from your final bill. This hotel has implemented many environmentally friendly and covid safe options.
