The bathroom is very small, so you hardly can move . Water pressure and temperature changes every few seconds, but it happens if you are located in 5th floor.

The room was clean, has great balcony, and it's warm. In the apartment is kitchen available, so you can make a coffee or tea or even prepare a meal. It looks in real as same as on the pictures.

Very sterile kitchen without any basic spices so if you need salt you have to buy it. Also, a lot of bureaucracy that you need to fill as a guest before your stay. It is written in the description so pay attention! Also, I brought my laptop and had to buy an electric adapter to charge it.

It was 10 minutes walking distance from the main train station which was important for our plan. Quiet location (very much needed) and rooms were clean. We were at room 3.

The pillow was thick for me. The door wasn't sound-proof so the noise from the corridor was audible.

I didn't had any contact with the owner. I was contacyes by WhatsApp and given the instructions to enter (that were very easy to follow) but as a tourist it looked a bit iffy never speak to a person

Room 1 has to be fixed.

The property has three rooms on the floor and a kitchen to share. Every room has its own bathroom and shower to use. Rooms are clean and overall good value for money. Location wise it is a 10 min walk to Bari centrale. For two nights i stayed in Room 3 and everything was great, the room has a little terrace as well. For the last night i had to move to Room 1 because my plans have changed. The staff was responding fast to help. However, in Room 1 there is a terrible odor from the toilet, the room is very small and tired. Cleaning ladies try to overspray it with air freshener but it doesnt help. Overall in this small residency you get what you pay for. Just make sure you dont get assigned to Room 1.

The stay would have been great If not other people who shared the apartment with us for the last two nights(they were idiots but it’s not hosts’ fault) they didn’t know how to open the door and rang the bell at 1am and were also repeatedly blocking elevator by not closing inner elevator door.

Apartment was great and clean, even had a kettle and that’s not an obvious household item in Italy.

It was a bit difficult to find when arriving late at night with all the construction sites right in front of the building/door (the construction was announced beforehand, to be fair). It may be a bit far from the old town but is close to the central station, so it depends on your priority. :)

It was very clean and the bed was really comfy. The big terrace is also a plus, especially if you’re a smoker (the rooms are on the 5th floor). It was nice to have a kitchen too. The check-in procedure works well.

Our bedroom was right beside the elevator shaft, and the constant noise was a bit annoying. But nothing much.

Walking distance to the centre. Great terrace, very comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Nice and clean, good Smart tv and fast internet connection.

Organisation very bad. Reception and lodging dislocated. No tel. Contact with owners, just SMS. 5th floor with tiny warn out elevator that accomodate 1 person with luggage only. No place to park while checking in. Parking half kilometer away to cary luggage. Yes, it was clean. Tourist tax not accepted in cash as advertised. The owners did not alow check in before we make bank transfer of 8 euro for tax. We were waiting in the car, in very crowded street while the bank transfer was effected.the owners where not helpfull at all. The parking was in underground garage without light, totall dark. We were asked to leave car with keys so they can moove the car as garage was top up with cars. So we have to carry even luggage that we do not need half kilometer to the room. Very bad experience and would not recomend to anybody.

A little bit far from the old city (around 40 mins by walk) and too late check in (according that fact that full flat was empty only our room was booked by us, they let us to do check in at 15:00, which is says on their website but it was too rainy all day and it was a little bit uncomfortable to wait check in with baggage).

It was not clear in the Booking.com listing that this was a bedroom in a shared apartment. Thus all the bedrooms share the hallway, kitchen/dining area, and the signal clothes washer. I was lucky that no one was using the washer or the clothes lines while I was there. I would have been screwed if another guest was using them. Plus, you could hear the other guests through the thin walls. I also had to buy clothes pins to hang my laundry since only 5 were provided. But worst of all was the lack of an iron, although an iron was listed as provided for this booking. I reported the lack of an iron right away and it was not resolved.

The bedroom itself was nice enough.
