It would be wonderful to have more breakfast options. I missed fresh fruits, omelettes/scrambled eggs, brown bread. Rest was good. Breakfast lady was very helpful and managed everything so well.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Martina was amazing. Had smooth checkin and she helped us with all the questions. Lady who serves breakfast is also very friendly and jolly. My daughter love her alot.

The hotel was hard to find, behind a gate down an alley - the address on booking.com was not correct so we ended up walking up and down the road before contacting the hostess to find us. It is very remote, with little facilities close by however the train station is around a 7min walk and trains run circa every 30 mins.

We were locked in the first night because they forgot to program our FOB to get out of the compound. We had to eat beef jerky for dinner our first night here 😄. Luckily they also had a mini bar in the room! Make sure you can leave when they check you in. They fixed it in the morning, and we had zero issues afterwards.

The room was great! Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing. The pool was wonderful and the view spectacular.

Room was small, struggled to get round bed, the set up for checking in is bizarre, whole place is behind 2 large electric gates, nobody at reception had to sit in the pavement till someone arrived to let us in, its really not a hotel as such, no bar, but its still a nice place to stay, we spent an evening in piano de sorrento, really nice authentic area, full of locals, food was amazing

Our room was very clean and the staff were lovely. Wifi in the room was also very good as I had to work one of the days during my stay. The location is a bit of a walk from Sorrento town, but we didn't mind. There are also plenty of places to eat this side of Sorrento.

Hotel location is not advertised on road, a clear map location is needed prior to arrival. Poor air conditioning and the breakfast was disappointing considering the price. The room was smaller than advertised, poor and slow check in procedure (stood for 10mins waiting to get into hotel, tried ringing phone twice and no answer). Not advertised that the hotel is not staffed 24/7 or explanation for work men at the bottom of the hotel, was this an allotment or a work-site? Room needed a refresh, headboard was ripped and peeling, walls needed painting, better duvet cover required as the sheet kept coming off. Although this seems like a long list we enjoyed the stay and believe the aforementioned points can be easily rectified.

Clean room with a big bathroom and shower, walkable to bus stop and local amenities within Sant’Agnello. Sorrento and other towns are very accessible.

The AC didn’t work in the first room, but then we were moved to one that had working AC. My only complaint is that the AC would shut off every few hours, and we would have to wake up a couple times a night to turn it back on because the room would get too hot. The pool looked a little dirty as well which deterred me from wanting to use it.

My only slight complaint is that breakfast was not punctual in the morning and being that we needed an early start to our days, one day we only had a 5 minute breakfast and on the last day we had to skip it entirely

15 minute walk from metro station and bus stop. Very modern, clean room. Property is beautiful, including a garden and pool, which sadly we didn't have time to use. Continental breakfast served by the pool every morning. Room cleaned, towels replenished and bed made everyday. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and we communicated often over Whatsapp prior to and during our visit where she answered many questions promptly. My only slight complaint is that breakfast was not punctual in the morning and being that we needed an early start to our days, one day we only had a 5 minute breakfast and on the last day we had to skip it entirely. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. We would look forward to stay at this property again if we ever visit the area.

The picture in the booking.com is bigger than what it looks like in person so im a little disappointed with that. The address is different from the booking.com so it’s difficult to find the gate unless u look at google maps. Also, It says that there is an access of the view from the terrace but there’s none otherwise everything was alright.

It was a really nice accommodation, clean and comfy place. Nice view from the room and staff were very nice and approachable. The place is near to the centre, train, restaurants, grocery shop and beach. We can walk 20mins sorrento to sant’agnello. They serve lovely breakfast.

Everything was perfect! The host Maria was very kind helpful with everything. Anything we needed she made sure we have it. The property was very clean, in a walking distance to a bus station, secured and quiet during the night.

The photos online are stunning – but the reality is very different. I would strongly suggest the establishment reviews the descriptions they provide on Booking.com, as they do not reflect the actual conditions. When I went to ask for a different room, I was told, "We can't help, it’s written like this in the notebook" – and that was the end of the conversation. 1. The "table" – according to this place – is a sink with a stovetop. Why would I need another tap in the room when there's already one in the bathroom? Why offer a stovetop if there are no utensils or cookware to use it? Not even a glass or cup to drink water. And really ?! Orchid on the stovetop - WOW. 2. The description says there are power sockets next to the bed. Yes, they are there – but completely inaccessible, as they’re hidden behind a wardrobe. How are we supposed to charge our phones with no table and the only reachable socket next to the door? We ended up using a chair as a table. 3. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was someone else’s half-used shower gel, and the showerhead was far from clean. 4. The room description listed an electric kettle – there wasn’t one. 5. Breakfast was 90% sweets. There were 3 yogurts and some pastries – if you didn’t get there in time, there was nothing left. Your only option was to eat cake for breakfast. There was one peach and two pears – we watched them rot day by day. They were only removed once the owners arrived. 6. The Wi-Fi was very poor. 7. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and there's no option to redirect the airflow upwards or to the side.

Times for the breakfast were restrictive for some tours that we went on as we had to leave at 7.45am some mornings and breakfast was from 7.30am. An earlier breakfast time of 7am would be useful but we still managed to grab something quick.
