The only problem is the club in front of the property which is really noisy at night and the music continues until 03:00

The parking and stairs were a slight disadvantage, but did not detract heavily from our stay.

Wonderful view overlooking the rooftops down below. Took advantage of the balcony to have some appetizers and wine. Giuseppe was a great host and was very attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a refrigerator and some light kitchen availability. The place was quite large. There is a terrific bike path that is very accessible from the unit. Great place to run or walk. Beach restaurants out front that we did not take advantage of.

The location was great for us. The apartment has a view looking across at mainland Italy and your just across the street from a small beach. Parking gets difficult after 8pm as there are a couple of clubs nearby.

Stairs to reach this accommodation were steep and conjusted.

the shower is very small . and lots of stairs to get to apartment so if carrying a lot of luggage not fun .but the host even offered to take the lugguage to the apartment very good of them

Little bit hard to find and a narrow set of stairs leads to the rooms which was quite hard to navigate with a 20kg luggage.

Quite far away from the city center and better to have your own car, because public transport is very poor in the city

Giuseppe was very helpful, thank him for our comfort. The apartment was clean, kitchen is tiny but we found everything we needed. Maybe iron would be useful, but that is the only thing we missed a bit. To be honest I would give 10 in any case, just because the apartment has the most beautiful terrace I've even seen in my life: big, clean with amazing view on the sea, stairs to the apartment look very Instagram too. A small beach was just across the street.

Excellent venue with terrific view. There is a club right accross the street and it can get noisy at night. Luckily during my stay the club was close so I could enjoy the calming ambiance with the sound of gentle waves. The bus stop to catch busses to the centre is only a few steps away. Communication with Giuseppe (the host) was easy. Checking in and out process is flawless. I’d consider staying here if I visit Messina again.

The stairs w luggage are a lot! Check out was at 10 yet we left at 9 and there was a guy knocking on the door around 8:20. Not sure why but really?

I didn’t know what to expect and we needed a place to stay overnight. There was scaffolding up so you couldn’t see the building. The host was nice and met us in the pouring rain yet had a hard time finding him. The stairs to the room were unexpected and maybe for younger people. There were only 3 towels and we were a party of 4. I’m not used to this kind of living and it is my first airbnb and probably my last.

Giuseppe was very kind and let us park our vehicle on the property free of charge. Amenities were great and the fridge was stocked up with juice and milk for the kids and he provided us croissants and bread for breakfast. Steps from the beach and restaurants.
