We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaWe had to pick up the keys at the management office which was not near the apartment. The apartment was up a steep winding hill on the other side of the railway station. The elevation was not evident when looking on a map. I felt it would be unsafe walking up the hill in the dark and taxis were not readily available.
The apartment was lovely and had wonderful views.

United KingdomThe location is such that taxi's refuse to take you there. Not a problem during your stay, but it is very challenging when you have suitcases to deal with on arrival/departure as it's very steep and you have to be very fit to wheel your suitcases up hill for a few hundred metres.

AustraliaThe apartment is located uphill about 1.2 km from the station. No problem if you are driving but a bit of a hike when walking. However, the reward when you get there is a panoramic view of the city and lake. The apartment is very quiet and fitted with all the modern appliances. We loved it. Highly recommend.

UkraineThe only 2 things which I didn’t like. The first one was that dishwasher was full of kitchenware when I arrive. The second one, is that the apartment had only 3 capsules of coffee and for couple that stay couple of days is not enough. When management asked me about my opinion, I have highlighted this matter but nothing was done and I was only told to enjoy my stay. But despite that I put 10 score, because the apartment is great
The location and the view are great. Easy check in, if you are willing to live with the view, than you will need to go up the hill for 10 min which is completely fine. The apartment is wonderful and huge with the stunning view. Everything you need is there.

United KingdomWe weren't given the correct information to find the keys from the start which meant we were waiting around and searching for the property for a long time. Once contact was made with the agency though, they were very helpful.
The place was lovely and clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. There's a stunning view of Como town and the lake from the lounge area and balcony which was perfect to wake up to. Bed and sofa bed were also very comfy!

United KingdomWe had to walk 15 mins from train station with our suitcases to pick up keys then told we had to walk all the way back to train station area to find the flat. On top of that the instructions to find the flat were impossible. Using Google Maps with the address provided did not take us to the start point – so then it took us over an hour after walking back to the train station area to locate the flat by which time we were exhausted and frustrated.

IrelandFixed broadband was not working and we reported it on the day of our arrival as it was needed for business purposes. We were given wireless WiFi on the third day of our stay which was totally unreliable....it didn't work most of the time. As we had a smart TV, we were similarly affected and had no TV for most of the time.
Self-catering, but it would have been nice to meet a human in connection with our stay. Location was fine for us but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility or fitness challenges.
