While it was a comfortable room it was just a room with extra space While there was a shared area which had a fridge there were no glasses etc which meant you couldn’t enjoy a drink in your lounge space

The room was extremely hot and even after turning off the radiator, it was uncomfortably warm (we visited in November). The walls were also paper thin and we could hear the room next door!

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Titzano was so helpful, informative and nothing was a problem. The breakfast buffet included was also exceptional with smiley staff. And then to top it off the aquifer which Birbo recommended was shown to us by the most passionate/knowledgeable man ever.

The shower needs a bit of care. In the bathroom there is nowhere to put some toiletries. The check in and check out time were very limited.

Due to the historical building, there is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs to the top floor. The host made this very clear before our arrival and we were not surprised.

We stayed on the top floor and had beautiful views over the city on three sides. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location, which was close to everything we wanted to see yet in a mostly quiet area. The included breakfast was appreciated and the short walk to the bistro in the morning was enjoyable.

Great location. Comfortable bed, great shower. Very clean. Nice view out of the windows. Lots of space. Loved the breakfast which was in a piazza, about a 5-minute walk away. Check in was super easy and very welcoming

I liked everything. Wish bathroom would be a little bit bigger, hair conditioner and a hair-dryer. Those are minor things. I had a fantastic stay.

Lovely Gisella was amazing and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, shopping and was looking after me during my stay. The room was lovely, spacious and had a stunning rooftop view. Bed was comfy and location very good.

Giselle was more than helpful! We booked for one night for first but we really loved the city and our accomodation was more than perfect so we stayed one more night here and loved it!!! It’s in the center of the city, the brakfast place is next to the Catedral and it is just a few minutes walk! Highly recommended!! ❤️

Spacious and clean room with good AC and a clean, modern bathroom. The extra chair and many hangers in the room and extra towels were a nice touch!
